If you're looking for a team activity, look no further. This is the place!!We had our team activity @ Gemma last week.Tony is such a wonderful host & our team had so much fun making the pasta.I especially appreciated Tony's willingness to address the details I requested (i.e. welcome board to be plated separately due to dietary restrictions) & grace in addressing new needs despite our big group.Thank you so much Tony!!!!

Had the Revival Food Hall Gemma Foods vodka pasta and I still think about it once a week! It was so deliciously creamy and the noodles were so unique and perfect for trapping the sauce. Everything else I've had here was great too. Their main Grand store does DIY pasta kits where they give you homemade noodles and sauce and for a reasonable price. My homemade one wasn't quite as good at Revival but still very yummy. Great for a date night.

Luganega creamy sauce with radiatori pasta was the best italian dish I have had in 78 years! The depth of the luganega combined with the surprising lightness of the radiatori blends texture and flavor to a new level. A great gift from Emily and Jim. Mary Carey.

Really delicious vodka pasta. Not too heavy creamy, and had a nice balsamic tang. New and different! Good portion size too! Revival Food Hall

I know it’s a pasta show but I am currently eating the best Kale Caesar of my life at the Revival outpost.

I can't recommend a pasta class at Gemma enough! I did a private class for my bachelorette party and we had the best night. Tony took time to teach us all how to make a delicious stuffed pasta, we all had so much fun! Thank you Tony for the best kick off to my bachelorette weekend! We will be back!

I got the corn tortellini and it was perfect! Love that they don’t skimp on the sauce. Definitely going to buy more to have in my freezer for emergencies.

Very friendly owner or staff helps you pick which of the six made-that-day pastas you want to cook for dinner. There are three standards - a Sunday gravy, casio e pepe, and vodka sauce, and three change monthly; offerings can include very seasonal pastas and sauces, old favorites, and very obscure combinations. Cooking is a snap - 10-15 min in all, depending on how fast your stove boils a pot of water. We've probably had a dozen different varieties, and all have been excellent.

Tried their stand in Time Out Market. I wasn't going to stop by here, but they had a sign showing Lamb Meatballs with Favas & Pesto and I had to try it. I'm glad I did because they were delicious! My friend and I both agree that this was our favorite dish out of everything we tried at Time Out Market. The meatballs were packed with flavor and not dry at all. I loved the pesto and fava beans they added to it as well. I would love to come to their actual restaurant to try more of their foods!

For sure will be coming back. Tried the vodka sauce pasta at revival and it was delicious, and the people were so helpful and kind. Excited for what’s to come for this place!

Meh. Gnocchi ok, but overpriced. Asked for water, didn’t have tap or bottles for purchase. Food came, asked for Parmesan cheese, they wanted to charge extra. Avoid this place.

had the pesto gnocchi. it was decent, but overpriced. Place did not have water (tap or for sale), had to buy a pop because there were no other options. when the food arrived, I asked for Parmesan cheese and was told it would be extra. Not returning.
