Was in town for a national conference and had tried many other places until we got here. The food was amazing but our server Kevin made the experience so much better! After traveling all over the country I can say he by far is the best server I have ever had at any location across the country! Thank you for the best experience ever!

We tried Ramsay burger in Vegas and love it. We visit everytime we're in Vegas. However, never tried the Chicago location until we were in town this time. So glad we did. The location is nice and clean and the service is impeccable. Their menu is different than the Vegas location but still yummy!

Absolutely nothing special about the food the serve.. extremely dry and not flavorful $19 burger and truffle fries are total waste of $12, plus a nasty tasting appetizer.. the Chef that screams so loud in the face of other chefs should do a better job in his restaurant at minimum..

The hostesses at the door are very rude. She showed us our table and while we were talking to her she threw the menu and left. they are so disrespectful.—Update—I gave this place another chance. But again, disappointment. Truffle fries portion was very small. We asked because the portion was smaller than before. They said we reduced our portions and if you want, order another one.
the strawberry milkshake was a perfect end to the delicious meal!

Being a chef I have been a huge Gordon Ramsay fan and follower. I stumbled upon the Ramsay burger joint in Chicago. Ordered Hell’s Kitchen burger , chicken wings and fries . Throughly enjoyed my food. The burger was very juicy , fresh, left me with a burst of flavors … highly recommended . The wings were lightly coated with the buffalo sauce garnished with micro greens and jalapeños . Very juicy and tasty. 10/10Vegetarian options: Vegan burger Fries
