Easy and simple coffee menu which makes ordering so straightforward and efficient. The coffee shop is small with a few tables to do some laptop work or enjoy your meal. I loved my iced vanilla latte with to whole milk and the service was fairly fast. It's about $7 total for the iced latte which is typically priced in the West Loop area. Great spot to try!

I've liked this coffee place since I've been in the area. Most drinks have been well made and I do like that their drip and pourover coffee selections change regularly. From the staff I've talked to, it seems that there are some very knowledgeable people behind the counter that know their stuff.I have recently had a gripe about the to-go cups for the drip coffee. On several occasions I've had the cups leaking onto my hands, gloves, pants, coat, etc. as I have walked from the shop. Most recent round (today) soaked through two napkins and several paper towels in the course of 10 minutes. Very unpleasant.I want to give it a higher rating as I do believe that the coffee is good (both espresso and drip) and it is rare I have a bad cup from here, but I cannot overlook that it has happened several times now.

Nice place and location but felt flat white coffee lacked flavor. Also got a bag of coffee for espresso at home and was not a particular fan of flavor profile. Overall the coffee flavor is very muted.Good and friendly staff/service though!

Ordered a Vanilla Latte and it tasted like burnt coffee. Not sure if they actually put vanilla in it. Coffee was three quarters filled but review is all based off failing to make an actual Vanilla latte. Not sure if I l’ll give this place another opportunity. Too many other cafes near by to go to.

My nearly full drink was tossed when I went to the restroom. Which is a shame because it was pretty tasty despite the overly bubbly milk steaming. I've gotten the same bev twice here, and it's been inconsistent--2 very different drinks. The tossing of my bev probably will keep me from coming back.I know one of the baristas saw me looking for my drink, so it's interesting they just watched and didn't offer another. I would've asked for another had I not been in a rush to a coffee cupping.Barista Trainer and coffee educator here, so I can speak to milk steaming quality (not great--which is interesting bc I've seen them do much better when steaming for lattes. Au laits seem to trip them up) and coffee quality (good!).
