The food was amazing and our server Deyse was wonderful and it's like she knew everything we needed and we never had to chase her down. The atmosphere was nice and me and my husband will definitely be back. I have no complaints.

Gyukaku Chicago location, this wasn’t worth over $200 in any circumstance.First of all, all of Gyukaku in Japan(LA as well) has iPad to order at table but this location didn’t have it so we had to wait for our server to come and get our next meat choices every single time….???‍♀️Whose idea was that to get rid of iPads…???‍♀️We chose “supreme” AYCE option only for Kalbi Short Ribs and it wasn’t good at all.Plus I had to pay “Park Chicago” app $20 since I was out of town ($20 was the lowest to load on the app to park and the parking meter was broken).I love Korean BBQ in general but this location has a lot to improve if they want to be any closer to real Korean BBQ.I was very disappointed.

The food was good and the service was good. There were gnat flying around, and it made it hard to enjoy our meal when you were cooking, talking, and swatting bugs.

Must visit if you enjoy Asian BBQ - the portion sizes are great (maybe too much food) and he service is warm and efficient.

If you love cookin/eating bbq this is the perfect place for you. Prices are fair and service is always top notch. Parking can be a little tricky because its mostly limited street parking. Great atmosphere for family dinner, a date or just for a night out.

Service was very slow sadly. Food was great but they time the all you can eat at 90 minutes but it takes about 45-50 minutes to order and get the food. Makes you feel like you need to order an aggressive amount in the beginning

Food was delicious and my server Malak was amazing, she went above and beyond!! Definitely coming back to this location, I normally go to the Lakeview location and both are great.

Streeterville location is MUCH better, stay away from this one. We were sat 30 minutes late and somehow getting raw meat to the table to cook for ourselves was a huge ask because that took 45 minutes to arrive. Then it took another 30 minutes on top of the 45 to acquire white rice. We were genuinely confused because the food coming out isn't even cooked food? It's literally raw food we cook ourselves and it was wildly slow.

Good food and reasonably priced. Service really poor. Nobody walks or watches the floor. Staff stands always waiting for kitchen to deliver food. They are not lazy but terribly trained. I feel bad for them
