Little gem in Fulton Market district, offering ramen and delicious japanese appetizers. The location is well designed, combining the traditional japanese interiors with some pop and manga visual, making it very fresh, modern and fun.As appetizer I highly recommend the tofu and the seaweed salad. There is a nice offer of different ramen and it is possible to have the veg version with soy or miso broth; it is also possible to customize with extra toppings. We got two vegetarian ones and they were simply delicious. Service was very discreet and extremely kind.Definitely recommended for lunch.

Love the atmosphere of this place. I went with the spicy garlic miso ramen. Didn’t really like my meat selection; I got the beef chashu and it was chewy and didn’t really have any flavour. Broth was decent enough but was missing something so adding some of the chilli oil really helped. I’d also recommend the wagyu wontons, not really shareable because you only get 5 and they’re small but tasty nonetheless.Great place to go with friends.

This ramen spot is very different from the others in Chicago. Versatile selection of appetizers and ramen. I got the Signature Ramen. The broth was mouthwatering, silky and creamy, noddles chewy and fresh, perfectly cooked and the wagyu misuji was buttery, tender and so full of flavor. The restaurant is spacious for a large crowd and the servers are super nice and helpful. I’ll definitely go again!

Great spot for a quick meal. We came here for lunch and grabbed their Signature ramen. I used to pork broth but the beef broth here was delicious. And the noodles were so delicious with a good chew and bounce. My husband also got the A5 Wagyu Curry Don which was just soooo good. Great flavors and the wagyu was so tender.Service was OK. They were pretty attentive especially for a spot that's not too formal. I love the decor of the restaurant too. It reminds me of alleys in Japan with bars and restaurants.

Perfect spot for a rainy evening! Love the vibes in here. Tried the Kinoko (mushroom) and Rosu (duck) bowls. Both broths had great flavor and The mushroom bowl had a lot of heavy textures, but the seasoned mushrooms were sooooo good. The duck bowl was well balanced - nice pieces of meat and a mild richness. Will have to come back to try the Signature Wagyu ramen and rice bowls!

Definitely in my top 5 Ramen spots list. The Gyukotsu, Shoyu and Gyu Don have been my favorites on the menu.
