How does this place still exist? Every time I ask for a sandwich, it's never done right, when I ask for an additional ingredient, it's like I'm talking to a rock, They do nothing about it. The OPEN sign is lit at all times but this place is never open. This place is a waste of space in this building!

I ordered the #12 BLT. Its crammed full of that weird shredded lettuce that is supposed to go on tacos. They claim that has a lot of bacon on it. It did not. The women behind the counter were not friendly at all. Did not respond when spoken too. At best this sandwich was worth 3$. The United States Navy fed me better than that.

no one was inside, I walked in looked the menu for a couple of minutes. No one welcomed me or even spoke two words as I stood there solo with two employees staring at me. I walked out due to poor customer service.

Way too expensive for a very tiny sandwich of extremely poor quality. Tasted like Budig Beef on a slice of rye from Jewel. Only for nearly $14!!

The food is fresh, delicious and fast! Couldn't ask for a better lunch on the go! Definitely worth stopping in. It's right of the clark/lake blue line stop so it's easy to get to. We'll worth it.Thanks for the great meal!

They are open, and still have no quality control for food and service. Skip this place.

I ordered (2) Sandwiches. a no 16, and a no 41. Both sandwiches were extremely dry. The meat used on the sandwiches were stringly dry and the tip was discolored. I have eaten here before only salads and soups which are usually very good. On the top of the reciept where the telephone number is supposed to be there are all (000)000-0000, and there is no website address to contact. it is questionalble if I will visit again.
Note that this review is for the unlisted location at 203 N LaSalle. I ordered the chicken parm sandwich. It was hands down the worst sandwich I've ever had. 3 ingredients go into this pup: chicken parm, sauce, cheese. They forgot the cheese. the chicken parm was room temperature. the sauce was lukewarm. The chicken was the real atrocity. It was as flavorful and of the texture of cardboard. Mcdonlads would've produced a better chicken parm. Never again.

Bread too hard but other than that it was ok

Perfect little spot! Very friendly staff. Good food at a reasonable price and a nice little patio area. Thanks guys!

We stopped off here (S State St store) for lunch as we wandered around Chicago on an horrendously cold day. The food was very good - a turkey bagel and an American Classic bagel. Worth a shot if you’re wandering by.

Hit or miss. One day you go in and food is good. Other days you go in and the food is blatantly not what you ordered and they don't offer to remake it properly. If you mess up someone's food. You should fix it. Simple.
Good place to eat fresh and delicious food
