Absolutely amazing!!!! I was suffering from a hangover earlier that morning, and a friend suggested I order a Specialty drink called the “ Hangover “……AND IT WORKED, I started to feel better INSTANTLY.The whole staff looked fit and healthy which led me to inquire about the nutrition aspect of the shop. They were all so friendly and knowledgeable about the benefits of the products sold, and how to lose weight!! I will be returning!

I stopped in to check them out for the first time. I was greeted walking in, I was offered assistance in understanding the benefits of each part of the menu and I thoroughly enjoyed my smoothly. It’s a clean upbeat atmosphere and a true benefit to the neighborhood!

Highly recommend the meal replacement shakes. I had a chocolate peanut butter and it did not disappoint. They are loaded with protein and taste super amazing.Environment was very welcoming and the time I visited there were plenty of local vendors with live music as well. Great place to check out often since it’s very dynamic.
Jesse (the owner) is extremely friendly and an overall loving person who welcomes any and everyone into his shop. His shakes are super yummy and filling while the teas are extremely energizing without sudden crashes and don’t cause the jitters like most retail energy drinks. This shop is also super baby friendly and can make any tea/shake “snack sized” and without energizing/adult level add ins to be safe for child consumption(: This is the second Hegewisch Nutrition storefront after needing a bigger space! I love it here and will follow this shop and Jesse as a loyal customer everywhere, forever (:
