Best hazy IPAs in Chicago! Great vibes and even better service. I try a new hazy every week and have never been disappointed! Love that we can always grab a 4pk on the way out. Check this place out, highly recommend!

Not friendly. If it’s your first time they make you feel dumb for using the wrong door when there are two doors and no signs indicating which one to use.

The brewery is nice, centrally located and has good IPA selections. The staff is really nice

Hidden Gem in Lincoln Sq/Irving Park corridor. Great selection with options for N/A beers alongside the traditional beer menu.

If you love hazy ipa's this place is a must. I've been drinking their beers for a handful of years and I couldn't wait for them to open a taproom. If you know anything about Hop Butcher, you know they're constantly making new beers. It's nicely designed, prices are reasonable and they have a store to purchase their beers on the other side. Definitely worth a visit. Great service with a pretty laidback vibe.

Loved the taproom. Destination Moon, awesome and picked up some Tom Freaking Skilling beer of course

If you like hazies—oh boy! You can't go wrong with any of the choices here. The staff are super friendly and helpful, too. Can't wait to come back!

Traveling from Peosta IA to DC we had a layover in Chicago for a couple hours and decided to grab an Uber to Hop Butcher. Amazing. The beers were familiar as we used to get them at Darkbird Taphouse in Peosta but distributors quit bringing to IA. Our loss. The place is fun, the staff is wonderful, and the beer is off the hook good. The taphouse manager made us feel so welcome and is a lot of fun. If you’re within 50 miles of this place do not pass up the chance to get ya some.

If you want the best hop featured beers in the world, do not hesitate. The menu is full of Hazy Hoppy deliciousness. There are three rooms here to suit your needs. You can shop and taste on one side with a beautiful set of double coolers stocked with those colorful and intriguing images from Dan Grzeca and a few bits of merchandise. In the middle is a nice quiet game type room with high tables and room to stand. On the other side is the bar and seating area. The room is warm and friendly with a giant mural and soft horizontal wood paneled walls. Bathroom is nice and clean if thats your thing.Staff is always friendly helpful and not too overwhelming. Street parking usually available. The hops are the tops. Enjoy.
Great beer. There’s a reason this place has such good reviews and is always busy - they brew great beer.

Best local brewery with the haziest, dankest beer (in a good way). Absolutely my go-to place for visitors outside of Chicago. The staff is always friendly, and the brews are always, always delectable. The selection is considerably varied, and it seems like every style they do they nail.

If you like hazy IPA this may be the best place in the world for that style. Not a whole lot else going on here tho.

The most insanely hoppy beers imaginable. Great space and excellent service.

Great experience! Awesome beer and relaxed atmosphere. The seasonal "Double Blazed Orange Milkshake" was out of this world! Unique and delicious!!! Service was fantastic. Manager Nick was welcoming and joyful. Highly recommend.
