Good food, though the portions are a bit small for the price. We got the Iskander Kabob and it was flavorful, but a bit dry. The staff were wearing masks below their chins the entire time we were there.

Owner is unable to handle more than 2 orders at once. Unless you enjoy massive delays, never eat here.I placed an order on ritual. It said it would take 10-15 minutes. I show up 15 minutes later. Restaurant is empty. I say I came for my ritual, owner acknowledges me. I wait 15 minutes. I ask where my order is. Owner hasn't even started. I ask him to cancel my order. Owner does not cancel my order. I wait around for him to cancel it so I'm not charged for food I never received. 15 minutes later I ask why he hasn't canceled it yet. Owner yells at me to leave without cancelling the order. I am still waiting to resolve with Ritual so this owner cannot steal my money from me for food I never received.

This place is amazing! Some of the best Turkish food I've ever had. The portions are huge for the price. The food can take longer than other places but that because everything is made fresh from scratch. Look at those veggies!

We arrived at this place for dinner. we heard about this spot from quite a few people. Well, it was a winning. the staff were so friendly and we had an excellent feeling. The meal was delicious. We enjoyed every moment and we shall absolutely come back again. Warmly recommended.

My husband and I just tried this little unassuming spot after walking past it a million times saying we should try it one day and we’re so glad we finally did. This will definitely be our new go-to Mediterranean spot in Lakeview. The Baklava is heavenly and the Lamb Doner is delicious and totally hits the spot. This authentic Turkish cafe is definitely worth a stop.
I just moved to the area and I love this place! Definitely a must visit when in the east lake view area. The chicken donner is amazing as is the lentil soup. The staff and owner could not be nicer. Highly recommend!

We had a delicious shelter-in-place feast this week. Best meal I've had at Istanbul Grill. KOFTE KEBAB, VEGGIE PIDE, LENTIL SOUP were some of the highlights! By far the best takeout experience we've had since eating out is no longer. Call them up, skip greedy Grub Hub that is taking too much of a cut from all these restaurants.

I came for the first time with my family and we Loved it! The Chef was friendly and personable as well as our waitress she helped us out with the menu answering our questions. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend this place! Such a wonderful atmosphere and great food
