Horrible service waited 1 hour and a half for meal. I was told over the phone would take 30 minutes. They weren't even busy. My meal came out dry and over cooked. The cashier was very rude. I will never spend another dollar there. They shouldn't hire one race of people there. She kept going in the back, whispering to the cooks over my meal. That meal went right into the trash ?

Pizza and calamari are good. Today I ordered the chicken fettuccine alfredo- it was very disappointing. Sauce was dry, had NO FLAVOR at all, what so ever, I had to make my own sauce and mix it in cause I didn't want to waste $18. Ill never order pasta from there ever again.

Stopped by to try a slice of their pan crust the other night. I can say, without exaggeration, that this is one of the best pizzas I’ve had in Chicago. Crust and cheese are top notch, and their sauce is a level above top notch. I live far way from Roger’s Park, but I would not hesitate to make the trip up just for this pizza. Do yourself a favor and try JB Alberto’s.
