everything here is top-notch and I promise that I will always come back for more. great sandwiches and the atmospheres really cozy and it feels like home. If you haven’t already, I highly suggest trying there pasta, sauces, and actual pasta in the far corner of the store because they made my dinner a Michelin star.

Awesome group of people! Super friendly and accommodating. Made us feel like family. One of the best sandwiches I’ve had in my life, no joke. If you’re around Fulton Market you have to stop by! You won’t regret it.Wheelchair accessibility: Had one guest in a wheelchair. Was able to be assisted by the staff to setup a table large enough for the whole party. Amazing service and friendliness.

Cool old school deli in the West Loop with friendly staff. Was lucky and found (paid) parking right out front. Subs are great but in my honest opinion Rubinos still is the best in the land!

What a great place. First time eating here, and for sure will be back. Place was buzzing with customers and I can see why. Food is terrific- great bread for those that like a firm italian bread. Staff behind the counter are a flurry of activity to get the orders out quickly. Can't wait for my next visit.

My first time back in a few years (my job had taken me out of the area). The Italian sub has always been my favorite; the Mr G is probably 2nd. Fast service and incredible tasting sandwiches. Highly recommended. And the parking seems a little easier than I've experienced in the past.

This more of a 3.5. Great sandwiches, but that bread. It’s like eating a bowl of captain crunch. Delicious, but destroys the roof of your mouth. Softer bread please.

What a crazy good place! If you're in a bad mood walking in, I guarantee you'll walk out with a smile on your face! It's a little confusing how to order, but they are quick to tell you how! Great sandwiches and service with a smile and some quick wit!

Probably the best sandwich shop I’ve ever been to from every angle. Quality, service, timeliness. Staff is amazing—it’s evident they develop individual relationships with customers every time I visit, they greet people by name. Or, treat total strangers like they’ve know them for years. 11/10
