Can't recommend Jack & Ginger's enough for your private party. We were there for a birthday party on New Year's Eve and had a great time. Emilia and Beto did such a great job to ensure we had a smooth and memorable night. The sliders, wings, and pizza were very good.

We sat outside on the awesome patio. Several TVs so we could watch the Bears game. Pizza and appetizers were delicious. Pretty good Bloody Mary as well. Was a great place to enjoy a game outside on a nice fall day.Dietary restrictions: My sister is gluten and dairy free.They have a gluten free thin crust that was delicious with goat cheese.
Iowa bar?! They wouldn’t turn on even one TV to watch an Iowa women’s basketball game.

I'm Jake, I have a Dilemma I had recently escaped from the local mental institution and went to a real Social Downtown.I met a girl named Cleo outside and we ended up there taking shots just Down the Hatch. We both fell Off the Wagon that day. As we worked our way down the Chicago streets I totally feel in love with this Fatso. We Stumbled Inn to Jack N Gingers. A great neighborhood pub with a cool Gin Mill and some bomb ass food. We were 3 Sheets to the wind and I don't remember much but passing out. We got up, skullcrushed from the night before. We needed some Hair of the Dog and low and behold we're both now Mr and Mrs Fatso's. Apparently we got married last night. Love The Cowboy

i tried calling tonite aug 15 about 11 30 pm to see what time you close, and did so many times....the phone was answered but NOT one word on your side, and put down on your side...never a person saying jack and gingers...i came here many, many times, and figure if you can't answer a phone for a customer asking what time you are closing and if the kitchen is still open, you must have developed into a place that does NOT want customers, has developed horrible food recipes, and is just a bad place .... i will no longer recommend this place as being customer friendly as i figure if you can't do the simple thing as answering a phone, you sure ain't customer friendly and just don't care about your business!

Beer was spilled on my friend as it was getting served. The waitress forgot our food. I asked her where it was after 45 minutes of waiting. No accountability for not putting in ticket. Didn’t comp any of our tab.

For a Saturday afternoon champion soccer game with a full house, you should have more than 1 waitress serving the entire establishment (indoors and outdoors). Do better. Stop being cheap. If you can charge $14 for cheese curds, you can spend money to have good service.
