The chicken made me sick, not particularly flavorful either so not sure what the reason would be for going here unless you’re trying it for the first time like I was. But you don’t need to make my mistake! Plenty of other good Jamaican spots to try instead.

I ordered a whole dark jerk chicken ? and I was really disappointed! ? it wasn’t fresh at all and the meat was also dry! The cabbage is also half cooked it has a crunchy texture. That’ll be the last dollar ? they get out of me!! I would never recommend this place no none!!! ?

The food was great. The cashier was friendly & courteous, and considering it is a jerk place we really didn't wait that long. Would mind paying them a visit again.

Everything they gave me was wrapped perfectly but tasted very old or spoiled like they cooked it months ago and been serving it since. I don't know if it was bc of the time of the order or what but i'm very disappointed bc I read the reviews and everyone made it seem very good but I don't think we ate from the same restaurant ☹️I also paid for the mac on the side bc of the reviews it was not worth it at all

I've been in Chicago for (46) days and found this place a few days ago. Food best since I've been in Chicago especially being from Louisiana. I met Shekira personally going in after my DoorDash driver didn't deliver my food Day 1 Oxtails AWESOME, DAY 2 Jerk wings AWESOME, mac&Cheese good seasoned and cheesy (Just like I like it) yams I definitely recommend this place, especially if you want good and flavorful food.
Gave me spoiled sides twice ??♀️once the beans and rice, then the turkey spaghetti. I soo wanted to stay loving this place, but someone is seriously going to get ?

The food is excellent. However, I wish they had a set price for the dinner with macaroni & cheese and I didn’t have to pay $5 extra for a side of Mac. The plantains are succulent, so they tend to run out of them.

Their fried chicken is delicious! Definitely a hidden gem. People please try them out because their fried chicken wings and fried chicken tenders are seasoned to the GODS!!! NO LEMON PEPPER NEEDED AT ALL. Very very tasty! I also asked for a pepper with my chicken and they put it in there, so nice of them!
