I have worked with Jewell many times since 2015, this was my first time using "Jewell To Go Catering" and the service and quality is just as high level. Most recently used for a cold serve lunch of 3 proteins, salad and starch for 20ppl - everything was great. The sauces did not have much punch to them, they were super mild, but I thought this was ideal for a business lunch where everyone had to be comfortable in a long meeting following eating without getting to brush their teeth, etc.

Jewell Catering, specifically Jennifer and Hailey, are an absolute dream team to work with. From the moment we met Jennifer, we were in awe of how professional, organized, and responsive she was. She eased all our fears, answered all our questions (and believe me, we had a lot), and was with us every step of the way, including there at our wedding. Jennifer and Hailey handed out tips, cued the DJ, and literally lined up our wedding party to walk down the aisle. That is just beyond the call of duty. The food that Jewell provided was phenomenal and we had so many guests complimenting both the food, the venue and the service. I would recommend anyone looking for an amazing experience to hire Jewell. They will take care of you for sure.

Jewell Catering provided such a great meal and planning service. Everyone keeps raving about all of the food that we had at our wedding. We had a simple cake for cutting which was delicious. Not only did they feed every floor of the hospital staff for a quarter of a year, but they consistently prepared and provided quality meals night after night consecutively for several months.

Every time we got excited about an idea--from having mini donuts and a hot chocolate station to doing something different with our table linens--they came up with solutions on how we could implement it within our budget. Alejandro the manger is very condescending, scatter brained, stressed, impatient and doesn’t know how to communicate with people. He actually made a coworker cry today after he cursed her in his native tongue. He is all over the place and everyone mind doesn’t work like that. I tried to deal with him best I could until I couldn’t. He gives the company a bad name and his energy is waay off.
