This Jimmy John’s location looks a little run down, but it fits in a run down area of downtown Chicago! I was in a huge rush, and this location lives up to their reputation of being freakishly fast. That’s what I needed and I got an “as expected” Jimmy John’s sandwich. Friendly service.

I ordered food from here. They said it was delivered, but it never was. I ordered online and even included a higher than suggested tip. Now I am out my money AND don’t have food. Never again!!

This place always seems to not have a line which is the only great thing about it. The floor mats are always dirty (Aramark's fought?), the tiles look dirty and the pricing continues to rise. They now charge for cheese. A simple turkey and cheese sub, $9!!!!! The place always has a horrible smell, which is probably why no one eats inside. The employees are very fast at making there sandwiches but at the expense of no customer service. To many options inside the Willis Tower being developed for this Jimmy Johns to be successful.

On my second catering order (from this location), & haven't been disappointed! The bread is soft the veggies and meat taste fresh. The catering presentation looks awesome. Everyone at the office loves it! I've never seen people grab second's before. & I've order from numerous Catering spots, this seems to be the best option so far.

I mean the food is standard JJ which is fairly good but the people working here were particularly nice and helped me set up my app to receive a free sandwich next time
Fairly typical JJ's location, making their average fare. What I find frustrating about this particular store is that the layout is so wide open it's actually confusing as to where to place and pick up your order. Sometimes there are tons of people to help, and sometimes it feels nobody is willing to help. And it's so dark and dank, it feels depressing being there. If you're just coming to take your order out, none of this probably matters, but it's just not an overly pleasant place to go.

Love this place! Yes you might get a heart attack after eating one of their sandwiches but it's totally worth it. Fat Texas bbq is my favorite. I also love their buffalo chicken cheese fries. Small parking lot out front and there tends to always be a line. They play a lot of rap music so maybe not a place for families but they are open really late so the food is perfect for a munchie after the bars!
