They never made meals and I am wondering why they are still open.Update: the store owner is for sure a RACIST since they hang up the phone when they know we are Asian and refuse to explain why the order cannot be made.If they don’t wanna run a business they should close permanently and don’t waste anyone’s time.

I ordered from here last year from uber eats and I tried to give them another chance this year. I was dead wrong. Whoever packs orders should be retrained because we had no utensils, no napkins no straws, no anything. The food was sloppy in the packaging and the drinks were so watered down with ice, I thought I ordered water. Seriously I won't and can't order from here again, no with the price I paid. This is why making food at home is better, I won't patronize this business at this location again.
Terrible, terrible, terrible. You'd almost always get some old left over food....that your gonna spend way too much for. You'd more than likely always have an unpleasant experience with the workers. Stay away.

I just placed the order on Uber Eats with this establishment upon waiting. I noticed three drivers later they kept saying another driver was picking it up so I reached out to the third driver, and he told me they would not release the food to him because of theft by the drivers So I’m thinking to myself why did they accept my order? If that’s the case then don’t do Uber Eats Anymore not only did you waste the drivers time but you’re wasting the customers times by making them wait for their food I had to call Uber Eats to request a refund… I would never buy anything from this establishment even if I was driving there just bad Customer Service all the way around.

Overall the worst customer service I’ve ever endured with the restaurant. We were rushed through drive-through when I walked in to talk to the manager. The manager young lady was rude because she was on her phone talking about some party that she was going to that night. She was very rude with the nasty attitude, skinned, chubby girl no wonder why the employees had such bad attitudes because we reflect on the general manager in hand that works there, the young lady had the attitude that works inside of the drive-through window red hair with glasses very disrespectful. I would recommend that no one ever eats from this establishment.

Worst service ever on 74th and Stony Island today. I placed an order through the app they claimed they never received it but my card was charged as soon as I placed the order. There is no customer service to contact in the app. I called the store manager was rude, would not help me or give me her name and hung up the phone twice. As far as I'm concerned this is theft. I will never order from this place or any other KFC ever again.

I visited this KFC on Tuesday October 17,2023 and the service was horrible. The cashier a male was the rudest cashier I have ever seen in an eating establishment. He told me I needed a code for a two piece meal and I asked what I needed to do. I was pressed for time so I ordered the two piece meal(regular) and he said "well it ain't crispy, only the hot chicken is crispy"). I said okay but who wants hemroids from eating chicken. I paid $10 for two pieces of chicken and a dry biscuit. I got home and the chicken was so horrible that I threw it away. I will never enter this establishment again. I hope they get some training because your first impression could be your last for those of us who like quality service.
