I haven’t been in person yet but I fully intend to go soon as I’ve gotten this door dashed a couple times since discovering it last month. I’m obsessed with the Cheese Dakgalbi and could eat it every day honestly, it’s SO good. The dumplings were pretty good too I’ve only gotten them once. But yall, that Cheese Dakgalbi is to die for. Next I want to try the kimchi stew - stay tuned!

Great find. Comfortable interior, great food choices, games, self serve banchan for dine in guests. Wine glasses for byob. Free dessert for the perfect finish. Will absolutely be back!

Fried chicken is a good portion size. Not very spicy even with “spicy” selection. Sides of radish and kimchi were tiny and not tasty. Kimchi tasted a little off - sour and tangy, soft texture.

Wow wow!!! Delicious!! The food was so fresh and very well flavored... extremely happy with my DoorDash order and as you can see the pictures speak for themselves!! Highly recommend trying this place out, I know we will be ordering very soon!

Small space, but there's never too many people eating there. The food is so good, I've paid the obscene amount of uber fees to get this delivered to my house because the food is so good. Specifically the Kimchi stew. Love it here.

Army stew contains cheese without indication on the online menu (why????). Very grossed out as someone who doesn't eat cheese. Also it is EXTREMELY salty, even the noodle that came with it. In fact the spam almost tastes bland in view of how salty the stew is.

We ended up here last minute after trying to have a girls night across the street at in Good Spirits who unexpectedly were closed early. & I'm so happy we did! I usually don't like Korean food, but this place was delicious! I had the tofu stew that came in a cast iron pot. My 2 friends also both loved their potstickers & dishes. They are BYOB, & have pickles on the side you can add. The staff was very nice & helpful answering my many questions. I loved the self serve water station too. Can't wait to go back sometime.

This is my first time at this restaurant and I tried a few dishes today, I really liked it. The food was very tasty, the service was top notch. The guy who served me was pleasant and very smiling. Definitely a must visit this restaurant!!!

I had the Kimchijjigae. It’s a big no for me. First thing you should see in any kimchijjigae is the green of the spring onion mixed in with the bright orange. No such thing. The stew was what I’ve come to judge most Korean food by: spicy for no reason. I feel like they just threw in some 고추가루 and maybe cut in some American chilli pepper seeds. Tastes like chilli flakes you get on pizza. Dry.The soup itself was thin and watery, not the rich flavourful umami you get from boiling rich pork belly or using a 멸치 base. Not even some dashida or dashima. As all stingy restaurants do, there were only THREE slices of pork in a PORK kimchijjigae. I’m very glad I didn’t pay the $3 for “extra” pork. Obviously the pieces were essentially pork 차돌박이, thin, no fat, no flavour. Why would they ever invest in adding pork belly in a $15 dish?Kimchi itself was…well, you’ve read the rest of the review. Hard, along with the onion slices. Undercooked. Probably thrown together in 10 minutes. Would rather wait and extra 10 minutes and get my kimchi properly cooked. No side dishes of course. For a $15 dish, you’d expect at least a side of bean sprouts or spinach.I got a side of gochujang to taste and that seems to be part of the issue. Raw ingredients taste like those offered at Whole Foods over HMart.Edit: There’s carrots in it by the way. Carrots. In kimchijjigae. and cucumber.

Takeout only but great experience. Food was piping hot and clearly very fresh. Had the regular fried rice and the house special fried rice and the scallion kimchi pancake. Everything was delicious. Will definitely try more next time!

Love kimchi pop Service in person is great They have banchan (complimentary sides), usually bean sprouts, shredded pan fried potatoes, pickled radish, and cabbage. I love the soondubu chicken the Korean fried chicken. I could eat the Korean fried chicken every week lol crispy and comes with a side of rice. Second favs are the kimbap and bimbimbop stone bowl (hot). Soondubu is so warm and flavorful and comforting. Will be back to try more! Cute and comfy atmosphere and relaxed which we love.
