From my ten year old: Gotta say, nice environment. Cool decorations, high ceilings and great big screen. The food was superb - flavored and crispy fries, tasty toasted bun on the polish sausage and delicious cheese steak sandwich. From me: Always fun to try something new at Kimski! I told the chef to choose the food. Each dish had a distinct, unique and memorable taste. I especially enjoyed the Cured Salmon Hwe Rice Bowl. I don't eat out much, and am often disappointed when I do. Not disappointed with Kimski. Thanks Chef! Wish we lived closer.

Vegetarian options: Cucumbers in a garlic sauce with pepper oil. Trying to be descriptive but really delicious. Achieves the goal of blending cuisine creativity.

So I hate feeling dumb so trying to figure out where I was supposed to eat was stressful BUT 100% worth the awkwardness. I ate here weeks ago with my sisters and I was just sitting here think about the cucumbers and those loaded fries so I thought I should leave a review bc that food was so good. Best food I had on Chicago on my trip. Also the customer service person was so nice.

I would choose something else if you have an option. Service is terrible, food is mediocre. The only good thing is an amount of beer on tap and a dry

Always amazing food. Great location attached to Maria's. One stop shop. Friendly services and solid prices for what you get.

Great Polish/Korean fusion food. You order at the counter and then find yourself seating in the adjoining bar, Maria's. Be sure to enjoy some drinks while you're there.

This ramen could be better. However it is reasonably priced and the staff is attentive.

Absolutely amazing food, atmosphere and service - if you go anywhere go here. Everything is so thought out and the chef is clearly brilliant.

This is an amazing restaurant not a single bad thing about it. The food is so so good - the flavours compliment each other beautifully mixing pierogi with soy sauce and sesame oil but the best were the garlic chili cukes. Super garlicky and crisp.

Kimski is a great Korean-Polish fusion place that is now connected to Maria's Packaged Goods and Community Bar, which is a many-tapped beer and cider place sort of lightly 'hidden' (not really) behind an alcohol store in Bridgeport. It sounds confusing, but it's not really. You can go to Kimski or walk through the door in Maria's bar through the Kimski kitchen to order, and eat at Maria's. Anyway - Kimski is a delicious addition and the food is super consistent and delicious. There's generally much less Polish influence in many dishes, but you can expect items like soy sauce cream cheese pierogi and smoked salmon rice bowls, all very good. The staff is sweet, also - no idea what others are complaining about. Pop in and enjoy Kimski with a drink at Maria's for a great Bridgeport experience.

Flavor of the food was ok. Nothing to rave nor complain about. I'm not the foremost expert on Korean food nor Korean fusion but nothing warranted a return here for me. The vibes were the best part especially when you walk into the bar or onto the patio. Gotta say I love the people of Bridgeport. The noodles had a weird ingredient atop them that had a sour flavor. The salmon bowl was ok & the cream addition to the rice was a welcome surprise. The salmon was slightly warm so be aware of that. I'm slightly interested in the fried but I wouldn't make a special trip solely for them.
