I came just before the busy hour, it seems, I had time to sit down and enjoy my ube and hojicha ice cream though it was difficult navigating to leave because of the small size of the store. Everyone was very friendly, and I appreciated a place to put the dishes. All of the food is veryyy aesthetically pleasing! I was most excited to try the matcha crepes, and I didn’t like them much, but I will try the matcha cheese mousse next time! Excellent price by the way, everything was convenient.Wheelchair accessibility: This place does not seem wheelchair accessible- it was a very tight fit for myself without an aid. I would recommend stopping by during slower hours.

Over hyped spot and management doesn’t know how to apologize or take any accountability (which is also clear in their responses on the negative reviews). Here’s some advice, drop the ego and genuinely try to do better, it’s the only way your business will succeed.

Delicious, there are few other places like it. The towel crepe was convincing just like realistic cake art. The tea was also unique with using yuzu with matcha. A little pricey, but worth the experience. Expect to wait a while for a seat.

Waited 25 minutes for a drink and everyone else that came in after me got their order before me. When I received the order I tried it and it had no sugar. When I ordered I told the lady to put regular sugar. I told them to just cancel the order and just give me a refund for the order and they wouldn’t even apologize for their mistake.

Got the hojicha and ube taiyaki, great flavor, not too sweet. It does melt really quick so it could get messy.

It was tiny spot filled with lots of drink options, I tried the taro bobba and the matcha puff, they were both good especially the matcha puff. The pace was crowded when I was thereParking: You can use the Chinatown parking lotWheelchair accessibility: Not accessible

First time trying this place. It did not disappoint! The staff member was very nice. The matcha flavor puff was excellent and the cumulus cloud drink was very good as well! I got my drink 50% sweet and it was plenty sweet. The only thing I didn’t love was their choice of music. Otherwise, I would highly recommend checking this place out!
I've been waiting for a matcha dessert shop in Chicago.Big selection of beverages, good dessert. I've yet to try most. So far the crepe matcha cake was good, strong matcha flavor, delicate and fluffy. Inviting place, small. Expect a wait. I would suggest adding hojicha crepe cake. Also think of expanding so more people can sit and enjoy inside.

I love matcha so I've been wanting to try this place out for a while. I ordered the matcha crème brûlée latte with almond milk. It was so earthy and had a sweet maple flavor to it. Really enjoyed combining the crème brûlée and matcha together. I also ordered a slice of matcha flavored crepe cake. It is very light and fluffy. Gave the red beans a try with the cake. They weren't my cup of tea. Come check this out ??

I saw this cute store on Instagram and realized I live very close to the area, so I came to check it out. Overall, the experience was excellent. I recommend that you get either the ice cream or the crepe cakes. It was soo delicious!!

I love the food but the staff here have a terrible attitude. I usually order delivery & have only came into the shop two times, both times I encountered really rude staff. One of the female baristas blatantly ignored me after I told her about my issue with an app order. I understand they were making drinks but you don’t just leave a customer unaddressed. We ended up leaving. I don’t know if they are untrained or overworked but my overall experience as a customer has been extremely disappointing and I truly hope the owner can take actions about it. This is so repelling & you’ll end up with no repeat customers.
