Hit or miss. They definition favor the Latino community more than any other. I get it, but it’s disrespectful. You can be waiting a very long time for them “not to understand you” I speak Spanish, and I notice there’s a total difference placing my order in Spanish vs when I’m speaking English. 1. Their SHOCKED, 2. Then they feel like they can serve you with kindness. They don’t wear gloves to save their life and I never seen them wash hands between customers and handling money.

Excellent products, the girls who assisted me last night were very friendly, cordial... I see that there are quite a few negative comments for the people who work there. But I have seen that some clients get very arrogant with the girls who serve us. It's not easy to deal with people who are bad. To then go and vent our fury on an employee like we all are...For me it was an experience and friendly treatment from the girls... everything sold there is delicious

Very disappointed, when they are about to close, they no longer sell elote cakes and among other things, they tend to have a bad attitude as they are ready to close, they put on a face to serve if they do not want to do their job, they should look for another type of job with this bad service, they will lose many clients.

Highly disappointed with the service and rudeness .Today we went there after dinner for some yogurt and ice cream bars . There were two servers(girls/women) . They don’t speak or understand English they were speaking Mexican language . We went there and when we wanted to give order they openly ignored us .They were continuously preferring other customers(Mexicans) . And when we told them why they are not taking our order one of the server was soooo rude . We never experienced this kind of rudeness/behaviour from any other restaurant in entire Chicago. How can you even hire such type of people who doesn’t know English and they don’t have manners to even speak with people??!! This was openly disrespectful and discrimination towards us. There were other two women who were waiting to give order and watching this they left the store too. I will never recommend this location to anyone from now on.The management needs to take some action on this location servers.Date : 4th January 2024.

This is a wonderful ice cream place. They have both water made ice cream and cream/milk ice cream. It is often very crowded on those hot summer days but the people do their best to make sure every customer is taken care of. There is usually 2-3 workers helping customers making shakes and yogurt and fresh fruit creations. Many of the ice cream flavors are Hispanic but they usually have an English translation. Very good and definitely worth trying for some very unusual flavors.

I really like coming to this location. But today I'm really disappointed because they couldn't make me a crepe or a cake. ? Honestly, I don't know if it was because there were no ingredients or because of the laziness of the lady who served me!! What a very bad attitude indeed! ??♀️
