Too many options is my only complaint! I had a hard time making up my mind. I love the choice of sherbets which are a healthier choice for me but everything looks so good. Very friendly staff, very clean. I'll definitely be back.

I ordered fresa con crema and it was the worst. It tasted like I was drinking a glass of milk with strawberries in it. I figured maybe that day was just one of those days. I decided to give them the benefit of doubt and weeks later I went back to order the same fresas con crema again and it tasted the same like the first time. It was terrible. The worst part was I couldn’t return it because it was an order to go and I live 10 minutes from the place.

Went years ago. Prices have skyrocketed and quality has plummeted. Order took forever and the elote was mostly corn juice and no toppings. Extremely disappointed in how it's being managed. They need to worry about the quality of the stuff they put out and less about the ambiance.

And I have always been to this place. But I am disappointed as I had mentioned before. As establishment owners we are obliged to always see who works our businesses. It's not just about seeing our accounts with money but who we trust with our businesses. In the morning I went for fruit and juices and sadly there was a guy who is supposedly the one who makes the snows and behaves like the owner of this place and he said that he's in charge. and he is the boss but unfortunately he is not the owner, I know the owner and he is a very rude person and the lady called Lili because that is what he named her the guy said that he has this place under control and not to worry this is really embarrassing that someone Even if they are with their nonsense, on the other hand, that Mrs. Chely is what they call her because she serves her family through the back door and the clients waiting, I mean you can really trust these people. Owners Say something, these people are too many in their establishment. Be careful, they are stealing from them. Be more careful... I noticed this and they are going to say they want proof but I think that is why they have cameras.
The woman at the counter was so friendly. Warm. And my milkshake was SOOOOO DELICIOUS. everytime I am in the neighborhood I'm coming here!! You should too!!They have every kind of treat you could want! The cutest decor and just so nice and welcoming!

Yesterday I was in this place. And it's disgusting, the employees are not very good, let's say they serve very badly, they have a very ugly character, and the place is dirty, the bathrooms are disgusting and the tables are sticky with candy. Please clean your tables and bathrooms. It's horrible having to sit and be sticky. And the bathrooms, not to mention they smell bad, that's a terrible place. My family has been going for years and this disappointed us.
