I don't think they deserve even half a star, today I went to buy several things and among them a prepared pork rind that I really wanted one and I got home and OMG, I started eating it and OMG, that tomato was very sour. pico de gallo that was roasted was already sour, so I called and the manager answered, I told her that my chicharrón was not good that the tomato was spoiled and she told me that she couldn't help me because everything was fine and that I was going to try the tomato and says well the tomato is very good, obviously he was not going to tell me otherwise and he continued that he couldn't help me, not an apology or anything, things are already very expensive and for them to give you spoiled things that is not Pleasure aside, the wait is too long and for them to give you this like this is not fair, with the little I ate of my chicharrón my stomach even hurt… I have so much courage!!!!!!!!!!!To the Owner, put more attention to his staff, it is his business!!!!!!!!!!!I recommend that you check your things before going home. Because paying for this is unfair

The atmosphere is lacking but the food is amazing. I love the Red snapper Veracruz. I have ordered it on my last three visits there and it does not disappoint. I can't take pictures because I dive in the minute it huts the table.

I spent more than 30 minutes waiting to be served and it was not possible, there was only one person serving and she had an attitude of wanting to use her duties as a worker at the place.

HORRIBLE i ordered through doordashElote with everything they gave me a plain…cup of corn PLAIN. I ordered 2 tortas they gave 2 tortas that had been clearly in the refrigerator because they were freezing and bread was hard. I order a yogurt with Mango ….they gave me a big cup of mango flavors yogurt a complete joke.

This is for the restaurant part because it isn’t listed as an actual business…Walked in with my roommates with a smile on our face and the 7 employees behind the counter just started staring at us like we were aliens.We then sat there for an extended period of time until we decided to engage. We then were met with attitude as the young lady brought over menus and chips and salsa. We then advised her we would like to order to go and she the said “ oh” and snatched the chips from the table lol.We then read the menus and decided what we wanted. Then we approach the counter and then asked to put our order in. What seemed to be the manager was half listening to us and screaming at employees.Horrible service at this place. Young lady’s giving dirty looks.Food was great.Employees were very rude.

Ice Cream here was amazing! My friends and I ate here every night of our trip to Chicago. Every flavor was high quality and simply better than most other ice cream places.

I've noticed a difference if you knew Spanish or not if you are served correctly or not. Needs to improve communication skills and portions at times are smale for fruit and sides given the cost.

I love this ice cream place! It’s so delicious and tasty! First, the flavors are so good! Every flavor does not disappoint, and it’s always satisfying taking the first bite! Second, parking is free! There is a parking lot specifically for the ice cream shop, next to what used to be Boost Mobile on the left. Third, not only is it a ice cream shop but it’s a lunch spot as well! They serve chips with meat and topping of your choice! It’s really good and I recommend it. Always feels great coming in here, try it out yourself!
