When I was literally a kid growing up in Chicago, this is where my parents always ordered their pizza from! We are going back a lot of years! Lol. The pizza at Leona's has never left my memory. So as long as I can review on Yelp, I'm going to be remembering places from my long gone past that I couldn't have Yelped since Leona's pre-dates that! So bear with my childhood memories! The square-cut Chicago-style pizza pieces at Leona's are the perfect size for a small person's hand, and folding the piece makes a tidy couple of bites. The perfect pizza here contains sweet-ish red pizza sauce, savory chunk sausage with tiny flecks of fennel throughout, creamy melty mozzarella, and Italian spices such as a sprinkling of oregano. What more can your family dream of when it comes to tasty pizza. Suffice it to say: The reason they are still in business after alll these years is because they have the BEST CHICAGO PIZZA and people stilll notice their consistency! If you are ever visiting or live in Chicago and you are near the Irving Park/Wrigleyville area, give Leona's a try. I promise you your tummy will be pleased.

Went to get a simple Italian beefDry meat and no flavor like they put this meat in a microwave I dislike it a lot and the the way has to be picked up horrible like 3 class City or some like that not worth my $20

Leona's is a fantastic Chicago staple that I have the fondest memories of since I was a kid! To be honest, the food/service was in a bit of a "lull", but under new ownership they're REALLY stepped up. Great food/pizza, and the service has also risen to the occasion!!! Great spot.

Excellent! Food and service were outstanding. We had a chopped salad, mozzarella bricks, bruschetta, pasta, BBQ ribs and cannoli cake plus beverages. Our entees and apps were absolutely delicious! Thanks, Billy and Josh!

The food was great and large portions! The owner came by and gave us a sample of their Irish nachos ~ so yummy!! Friendly staff & great service from Belle! A relaxing atmosphere with plenty of seating options. They have a large bar area too. How nice to have a great place like this in the neighborhood!
Leonas Pizzeria... When I tell you it's been a gazillion years since I've been to a Leonas or even had them on my radar, it's no joke. A Gazillion! I've recently moved back to the Logan Square area which is a hop skip away from this establishment, so why not try it again? Stopped in with a friend and sat at the bar for a cocktail and a menu. Wow, so much to choose from. We decided to go with a few classics... Ordered the Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken and my friend ordered a Sausage Pizza with light cheese. The Caesar salad is a standout, with perfectly grilled chicken breast strips and a crisp lettuce, tangy dressing, and just the right amount of Parmesan cheese. The portion sizes are generous to say the least, we shared and it was plenty. The pizza was perfect as well. Thin and crispy, Light cheese is the way to go. The environment is casual and friendly. We were actually there while they were doing tastings for a future menu, they were nice enough to offer us a taste as well. A Reuben Pizza! What?!!! Crazy good! Well needless to say, no room for dessert this time. But will def be back soon.
