The dining outside experience is always tricky. We were sat directly in sun at 2 separate tables. Thank goodness they brought an umbrella for my pregnant dil. The food was great, fast and hot. Service was A+ Thank you Brandon. Thank you Chicago. We are in a food scavenger hunt here on vacation.

The food was good, but nothing mind blowing. A little pricey for what you get (the omelette was a little small). Super cute though and friendly staff!

Somehow exceeded expectations despite 10 years of living in Chicago and never having tried any of the Goat-adjacent establishments. Absolutely devoured the This Little Piggy and Okonomiyaki. Hostess and servers both super nice and accommodating. Will be back again ASAP.

Waited 80 mins for brunch when we got there at early 11am. You cannot make reservation anytime before 4pm on the weekend so you are forced to wait for a long time. There was not pork belly related stuff (they used to have it according to plenty of past google reviews) on the menu, which is extremely disappointing consider that’s the most famous dish from Girl and the Goat. The restaurant is quite small so we were sitting very close with other customer at the other table. Otherwise great atmosphere with nice decors.Food are actually quite decent, but I got stomach upset as soon as I was done with the meal.Okonomiyaki was great, Tonkatsu was meh.Service was adequate, no issues there.Biggest complaint: automatic 3% surcharge for “keeping business open” which I find shady af despite it can be waived by “request it to be waived”. Why not make it default 0 and provide optional opt-in option instead, this is madness.Additionally, when giving tip, it provided 3 options so 20%, 23%, and 25%, with 25% being set as default and being highlighted being “most popular” choice. Totally not cool.Overall, nice fancy restaurant with somewhat decent meal and somewhat reasonable price, just make sure to expect a loooong wait for brunch on the weekend, the surcharge, and the default tip amount. Personally I don’t plan to come back ever again.Kid-friendliness: Provide high chair.

4.5 stars if Google would allow half stars. We were visiting from Kansas City a d food is for sure our cities thing, so we planned our trip to Chi-Town around food for sure. Little Goat Dinner was on the eater best brunch list, so we had to try it. It for sure lived up to the hype.- Great atmosphere- Kid friendly- Dietary restrictions are doable here- Amazing and even creative foodBrunch can be too sweet or even too heavy. I'm my eyes. Little Goat does a great job at being creative and even detailed about how they present and make their dishes. This is a must!Vegetarian options: Items that would work for sure.Dietary restrictions: They helped me with my dairy issues.Parking: Small parking so plan ahead.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely!Wheelchair accessibility: I do believe it would work here.
