This was our first time here and it was absolutely incredible! We didn't know it was happy hour (3-5PM, M-F) and it was a welcome surprise. The chips and dip plate was awesome. The vibe and decor is immaculate, every staff person we interacted with was attentive and kind, the food and drink were great, and they gave my husband free ice cream for his birthday. I truly can't wait to return!Dietary restrictions: My friend is a vegan and they had a lot of dishes to accommodate this.

Great service, drinks, and food. I had the taco salad and it was delicious! Went downstairs to the speakeasy (golden teardrop) - it was loud, but when you are playing Drake you have to turn it up! Young crowd on a Friday night.

The restaurant is nicely decorated and the lighting is nice. It's just really, really, loud. The acoustics are rough. People's voices bounce so much you can't hear the person sitting across the table from you unless you're also raising your voice. We were cupping our hands around our mouths from time to time to try and get our voice to be heard.I had the baja fish and an al pastor taco. They weren't anything to rave about but they were good. Bartender does a nice job with the cocktails.

Our server (brunette, acne) was rude almost came off racist.Asked if they had Apple Pay she rolled her eyes at me and told me to hold onDidn’t check up at the table we were at.Food was subpar. My dog got to come with us. So that was the best thing out of itStill tipped the rude server though — hopefully she reads this and does better

Horrible service. Waitress forgot about one of our orders and never came back to check on us. Food was also ok. Not worth the visit.

I would’ve rated this place maybe a 3.5/5 before but…This place comes across as nickel n diming their customers with doing away with happy hour for the summer. And then they never fully brought it back. The whole restaurant group did this too…Like come on…HH brings more people in and the volume offsets the discount. Y’all really that cheap that you cannot take a couple bucks off some beers/margs for 2-3 hours mid day? They care more about penny pinching their customers. Kinda pathetic. They lost me.

This food was absolutely delicious! The quest dip was fantastic and the burritos was crispy in the outside and had tater tots, will absolutely be back for another!

This is my new favorite place lol! We came here for restaurant week and we were incredibly impressed with how much food they give you for the Restaurant Week menu. The nachos and the chips were incredibly good but the tacos were the star of the show! I tried the carne asada, al pastor, el dorado and fried chicken tacos and my taste buds have never been the same lol I miss those tacos. We had a great time, the ambience was live with a fire playlist and we will definitely be back!

The vibes here were really awesome. The food was decent, but not the best Mexican food I've ever had. Highly recommend the fish tacos over the chicken and the steak. Don't skip the street corn!

TL; DR: Decent prices for filling food This is a great spot for non authentic Mexican food. The prices are decent and you get a lot of bang for your buck! I liked the burrito with fried chicken and Tatter tots in it. Getting it smothered is also the way to go. The mezcal marg was a great addition, but not something that will blow you away. They have $2 tacos on Tuesday.

Amazing!!! Food was excellent, service was great, and atmosphere was cozy. We have cocktails as well and they were both delicious. They have a vast selection of liquors for whatever you are into. Would happily stop back for food or just drinks any time.

If you're a tex-mex lover, you'll love this spot! I recommend going during brunch because you can enjoy breakfast and lunch options. The breakfast tacos are small, but pack more flavor than the burritos. They offer many salsas but tomatillo is the freshest, not spicy but really pairs well with burritos, tacos and nachos. Their version of biscuits and gravy will have your mouth watering and the portion is large enough to share. The chicken empanadas are consistently fried to perfection and paired with a tymmy jalapeño sauce ? so good you won't find a better chicken empanada in Chicago. If you like chorizo add it to your quest or grab a chorizo egg and cheese. This is a first come, first serve place so be prepared to either wait for a table or be seated but wait for a server. You can order take out via the toast app if you'd rather not wait. There's a bar and indoor first floor dining year round. The upstairs outdoor dining and patio dining on the street level are open on warm days. It's not easy to park in this area so consider carpooling or ridesharing; I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does.
