Expensive... economy bad they should have better prices.

I don't usually give reviews but this is necessary. I have been a customer for a long time and it is a shame to arrive and accept the leftovers they had and also not be able to fix so many imperfections. I went as usual to enjoy dessert with my family and we had to settle for what we had and also not being able to change a lemonade (which only tasted like water). I ordered some papotas with original fries and they didn't have original fries so I had to settle for the jalapeño fries, I ordered an original cone with strawberry ice cream and they no longer had original cones, only waffle cones with peanuts or sprinkles, so I ordered the ice cream in glass I ordered 2 mangonadas (they did have them) and a lemonade with chia, and they didn't have chia so I settled for lemonade without chia. I didn't say "buts" or get upset because that happens, things end in business. I paid $40 which didn't matter until I tried my lemonade and it tasted like water. I went back to the girl who served me to tell her that I apologized but that it was possible to change the lemonade for a fruit water because the lemonade didn't taste like lemonade. She was very kind but it was with another girl (I guess her superior) the other girl came to me, I explained the same thing and she told me that the lemonade couldn't be changed because that was a matter of taste. I have no choice but to throw away "the lemonade." So I paid $40 for things we didn't really want just to have some family time and enjoy ourselves so they couldn't make a small change in the end. They should test the product before selling and make sure what the customer claims. It was a bad experience and bad customer service.

I called to ask a question and since I was not understood because I only speak English, instead of expressing that they did not understand; they hung up on me. Very rude.

I ordered an elote and i was extremely disappointed. It did not taste good at all - barely had any mayo/ butter. And the corn just tasted flavorless (most likely frozen corn I’m assuming by how fast it was prepared and didn’t see them cut the corn off the cob). Would not recommend.

Well as many of other UberEATS customers we were attracted to their Fresas con crema special (Buy 1 Get 1) and to be honest the dessert have become expensive for what it is so we decided to give it a try.Yes the product was well pack and for a strange reason we got a straw instead of a spoon. The Fresas con crema for some strange reason had a milkshake consistency and the fruit had mold.Like yummy!! ? Like yay!? Their Cyber-Monday BOGO Owner deal ->Buy one Get one and with the complementary mold or bacteria on it. So awesome. So my spouse concerned contact the store and ask for the manager on duty and we got the rude owner on the phone. Claiming that his Fresas con crema are like that which is fine “nowadays everyone is so creative”.But at least if you increased the prices please also improve the quality and taught yourself some manners. At the of the day we learnt why you are promoting such generous deals, cuz probably others bring this to your attention and got to deal with your poor management and customer service skills. An apology would be more than enough, no one was asking you for a refund and yes you are absolutely right. Now we will take our business elsewhere.

My first time and I love it, all is fresh and delicious ?

Located at Pulaski and 58th, this ice cream shop has a twist with Hospanic flavors. The decorations on the wall look tasty. I tried the mangonada. The mango ice cream was refreshing. The mangos were fresh but I like them more ripe. There's a food truck outside with intimate outside table dining.

Please do not purchase food at the stall outside this business. (Same owner) Worst tacos I have ever come across. The meat was fatty, greasy, and seasoned with something unrecognizeable and unpleasant.
