Lived in the area, then moved to Seattle. Always thought Max's was the best Chicago Dog when I lived here... and I usually go from the Airport to the Hotel to Max's as my first stops (sometimes skipping the hotel and going direct to get my Chicago Dog at Max's!) I always make sure to bring people that never have been to Chicago - it's super divey, super amazing, and always fun into intro people to the true Chicago Dog!

Man talk about delicious fresh comfort food. Not from the windy city but parked at the garage next door to visit with friends who flew in and we all were hungry and found this jem of a place. Burgers were awesome, Chicago dog was amazing, cheddar fries were from heaven but we all have to say their pizza puff was to die for. That pizza puff was life changing for us. Lol yes it's that good. Can't wait to come back.

Great traditional Chicago dog! The food was good and the fries were hot and made to order. It embodied the classic flavors I expected from this Chicago classic food. The produce on the dog were fresh and the combo of heat and sweet on the hot dog was great. I liked the local feel of the place and would return. The service was quick. They have limited seating for COVID and made sure the stools were distanced in compliance to social-distancing guidelines.

This was great lunchtime snack ‘on the go’. No frills. Walk in, order, quick service and eat. Good, friendly service and great tasting dogs. We had the standard beef, Chicago-style. They tasted great with all those fresh ingredients. Just what we wanted for a quick, tasty bite to eat.

This is currently my favorite spot to get a quick lunch during work. The service is fast, the food is hot and the prices are reasonable. Ordered a chili cheese dog and chili cheese fries. There is no such thing as too much cheese. Will return.
