Kid-friendliness: My daughter said this is her favorite McDonald's! Their sweet tea is so good. Service is fast AND FRESH! The workers are very polite and respectful of all guests. The store is clean. The atmosphere is nice... Especially being around a busy area near the cubs field.

This McDonalds is not kid friendly, feels more like a cafeteria except not as clean. There is no drive thru, a rude manager named Jose who likes to make fun of people in Spanish about people I assume he believes only speak English. To me it looked like most of their customers are Delivery people yelling for their orders and homeless people trying to sneak into the filthy bathroom.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Handicapped persons will need assistance entering this McDonalds

This place is HORRIBLE!The kiosk machine doesn't work.Was just trying to order something simple.Couldn't take my payment.Then I walk up to the window to order. I find out that this particular Place, I call it place because it doesn't sell the full McDonald's Menu.Her is where I find out that they don't sell the $1, ,$2, or $3 menu items.Yet the kiosk has it advertised.How can you advertise something on the kiosk but not the at the counter. That makes no sense.That's FALSE advertisement!If I am not mistaken here in Chicago that is against the LAW!DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!

This is the nicest, cleanest McDonald's I've ever been to. Extremely friendly. Food fresh. Fries the best. Friendly staff. Wonderful. Immaculate restrooms.
It had been about 10 years since I have eaten anything from the "Clown." I ordered delivery and the food came promptly via Door Dash from a great driver. The food was so-so. Both bagels on the sandwiches were not toasted at all, but basically microwaved. Whatever you do, avoid the "steak" breakfast sandwich. Lots of weird chewy pieces in the "steak," whether that was due to crap product or undercooked product I don't know for sure. I am leading towards crap product. I feel like an idiot eating this garbage after making it so long without. Here is to another ten years before eating this crap again or this actually was the last time I will ever eat this...
