This Mickey D's is conveniently located just outside the employee entrance where I work. It has speedy service especially with the kiosks and the McCrispy chicken sandwich is fine-dining quality. There needs to be a serious revamp of the fries though.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu

Absolutely nothing good to say about this place. The food, the employees, the cleanliness - everything was terrible. I don’t expect a lot from an airport mcdonalds, but this place massively exceeded expectations on the downside. The bun on my fish sandwich must have been from Ray Krock’s original stock. Truly, I never had anything so stale. They couldn’t even align the meat with the bun on the Big Mac. It’s sad that people are forced to go to this place. I will say that this mcdonalds is trying hard to help Illinois to maintain its number 50 rating in everything.

Worst staff ever seen. Food are always cold . Too much salt on the Fries. I waited 39 minutes for a drink and a bagel and if you don’t watch what they made in your bag, it’s always missing something…. Too slow for a fast food. My sister almost missed her plane coz we’re waiting 55 minutes for 2 burgers….

The manager lady on duty was so rude and the entire store was smelling like a skunk I don’t understand if the product is not available why they don’t tell us ahead of time. My order 45 Dollars and they said they can’t refund it I have to go thru the App and deal it by my self.

Only 2 kiosk work. One employee packing all food.Waited 17 minutes for food (exactly as time stamped on recipe)!!Send my food was wrong. Ordered a cheeseburger but I got a hamburger. I didn't want to wait another 15 minutes to get it corrected.
Morning crew seems nicer the pm crew are very unprofessional and talk to customer any type of way. During lunch rush the manager is absent while team members struggle to get food out on time. A lot of us work at the airport and have minimal breaks I waited +15 minutes and still didn't receive my order and the line was not as long they kept handing out coffee and drinks while ignoring food orders that sat and got cold New experienced manager would have known how to handle the situation instead of being in the back during lunch rush !!
