The food is good and the atmosphere is nice. However, the portions are ridiculously small. I went with three other people and we decided on ordering plates to share. We each paid $65 each and left very hungry. We ordered the lamb as the main entree and the portion size was not adequate for even one person. If you plan on having a satisfying meal I would say this isn’t the place for you. But if you are looking for a local place with small, tasty, and expensive bites this might be the place.

the food we got was all delicious! I enjoyed the fish of the day (branzino), quail, and anything with the pork belly in it!they were accommodating of our larger party and even made a little kids cup out of a take out container, it was very nice.

It's a nice, quaint spot with good food options. Street parking can be difficult.

Super intimate space, the type of vibe that I absolutely love. Food and service were top notch shoutout to our server who took care of the whole dining room by themselves.

One of the best dining experiences I have had in years. Very interesting menu with incredible flavor, beautiful presentation in an intimate, warm environment. I did not know much about Spanish cuisine prior to MFK aside from paella, but now I am looking for similar experiences like MFK. The potato and smoked piquillo croquettes were awesome. The flavors in this, what I expected to be a simple dish, were a complete surprise. The skate and chips were amazing. The best skate I have ever had and I do not know what they do to the chips, but they are delicious. The fideo (I have never heard of this dish) was incredible and the saffron cream sauce was out of this world. I consider myself a foodie with high standards. MFK blew me away. If you are into the entire presentation from apps to drinks to entrees, this is your (and my) place. The sauces were delicious and unique. Do yourself a favor and get to this place. One more thing, the burnt basque cheesecake was delicious.

Upon arrival, you are transported to a new and invigorating experience. We sat at the bar in this intimate eatery. We were happy to meet Archie and soak up some of his expertise. I enjoyed one of the best cocktails I've ever had. It had ghost in the name and it is still haunting me. Then we enjoyed some wine from the porron. That was additionally fun. But wait! The food was exquisite. We enjoyed the almonds and olives along with the crudo, followed by the skate and chips. My husband had the crab claw fideos and is still raving about it. Every once in awhile you fall off the earth and into a heavenly experience. MFK is just that. Thanks to all of the staff who contributed to this memorable dining getaway.

The food is outstanding. Last night, I ordred the Harissa Roasted Carrots -- with Labneh, Labouili, Dates, and Almond -- and the dish was simply fabulous. I topped it off with their Coconut Cream Puff. Yummy! Tonight, I ordered their gnocchi with sherry, cream, shiitake mushrooms, chive, and poached egg (seemed like a quail egg to me.) I again topped it off with their Coconut Cream Pastry. I can't say better things about this place. I might make my own Manhattan at home, but since it is right downstairs, this seriously is a culinary paradise -- locally. Highly recommended!

In the lower level/English basement of a gray stone building is a bistro that severs regional Spanish cuisine, Basque & Catalonia seafood is the menu's focus. We stared with Duck croquets and boquerones and a bottle Les Athletes du Vin Chinon Cabernet Franc that we enjoyed throughout dinner. My dinning companion and I choose the Yellowtail Snapper, whole fish with black rice as our main. It would have been to much for one to eat. We finished the meal with fruity effervescent cava. I appreciated the causal pastel interior - tho the music selection that evening was not my taste. But the staff service was informative and welcoming. I'm glad for the experience and will be back .

We tried almost everything on the menu and nothing disappointed. The only word that fits is spectacular. All of our food was cooked to perfection and our bartender Archie was super pleasant and knowledgeable!
