I don't get how cupcake places get away with serving stale cupcakes

Every time I come to Chicago, I have to visit Molly’s cupcakes. I am dairy intolerant, so I order their vegan cupcake and it’s pretty good! They have the cutest swings to sit on, which my daughter and I both enjoy. The chemistry theme is pretty epic too ⚛️ ???.

I stopped by because it said they were the season winner of cupcake wars. I loved that show growing up. The cupcakes are very well made, moist, flavorful. I got the peach cobbler and it had a heap of icing on the top but surprisingly the icing wasn’t overwhelming sweet. It was very light which I wasn’t expecting. You can tell they use quality products. I’m happy I stopped by.

I never believed my life will change in such a manner. Excellent Cupcakes and the store is just cozy and fun. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We tried a bunch of cupcakes and there were all delicious. Crème brûlée and Peanut Butter Nutella were my favorites. Come and tried them all!.

Maybe it was because of the time of evening we came, 7pm. But the cupcakes tasted like they had been out for days. Very dry, flavor wasn't the greatest either.

These folks make the most awesome cupcakes. We tried a peach cupcake and a chocolate peanut butter thing that were incredible. The store was impeccably clean and pleasant.Lots of neighborhood families visiting in the weekend plus tourists (like myself, lol). Super quaint area of you want to eat in a park
I forgot how good mollys cupcakes can be compared to store bought. This location though did not have any hot drinks because the machine was down. It would have been great to have a coffee with our cupcakes. We got the red velvet, pumpkin, churro, and flourless chocolate molten flavors. I loved the cream cheese frosting on the pumpkin the best. The churro was tasty, and the flourless chocolate was nice and dense. I didn't love the red velvet surprisingly, because that's usually my favorite flavor.

We looove Molly's cupcakes. It's a must-have every time we come back to visit to Chicago. You can't go wrong with stuffed cupcakes. Seriously. My son ordered the Samoa one, and I got a Nutella stuffed one. Both of them were so yummy!! Easier to knife and fork it, but you can manage with your hands too. We so miss being near to Molly's.

SERIOUSLY THE BEST CUPCAKE I EVER HAD! I had the Cookie Monster Cupcake. It seriously melted in my mouth. I can’t wait to try different varieties. I will try the candy bar next time! To be continued…
