Nice place. The have a huge outdoor patio. The perfect spot for outdoor dining. The food is very good and very reasonably priced. They were training new servers on our recent trip there. They greet you with a smile and are attentive. Take out is easy and delivery is fast. Always get our order correct. Come by if you are in the neighborhood. If not I think you will find it worth the trip.

Moretti's prepared chicken, sausage and peppers, potatoes, steamed broccoli, and a salad for my daughter and son in law's engagement party. We come from a family of foodies, so they can be critical.Food was YUMMY, moist, hot, plentiful, and delivery was on time. If Moretti's keeps their prices competitive, I would use them for catering again!

I had my son’s First Communion at Morreti’s. I booked the restaurant and then read bunch of negative comments online and I was worried. However, the restaurant far exceeded my expectations. I did the buffet style so we set the menu ahead of time - food was delicious! It was served on time and it was so fresh. I ordered additional pizzas and they were amazing. My server was so helpful and responsive. The room was spacious and beautiful. All guests had a wonderful time and we received so many compliments. We had so many leftovers too.Thank you for helping us making our son’s day so special! We will be returning!

Moretti's in Edison Park has a great party room on the second floor. My family is large so we often book it for holidays or social occasions.Parking: Some free and some pay spots in the area. Free valet parking.Kid-friendliness: Staff is very attentive to the kids.

Reason for 2 star rating: Moretti's has an outdoor patio which was great and the food was good. However, their seating furniture is cheap plastic lawn chairs that has years of visible faded outdoor weather exposure damage, (which weakens plastic over time), and the furniture needs to be replaced. This is said after our bad experience, so read further for more details. We attended this place in late Fall when the weather was still sunny and warm enough to eat outdoors. Long story short, my husband is of average male weight and height (180 lbs, 5'9 tall, not heavy/heavy-set or considered as obese, at all). While we were eating, his back chair legs broke, and he fall backwards to the ground, much to our embarassment, (more for him, of course), as the place was packed. To add to this, his back was against the tall black iron fence, of where he hit his head on the fence: thankfully, it did not cause any long-lasting damage to him. The fence was still intact, thus the proof that he was not a large male to cause any damage.Surprisingly, NONE of the staff members came over to check on him and it was discerning that they did not show any care or compassion. Long story short, we did not pursue the issue as we were not looking for any compensation of any kind (nor do we ever with any business, as we were raised right as Catholics with honesty and respect). but we did alert the staff on our way out. We left shortly thereafter with the idea of never coming back, due to their lack of concern.Still surprised that they did not said anything except a simple "Sorry", nor did they anything, so that is super confusing, considering most businesses are usually cordial about their customers.

We catered a party for about 30 people for my moms 90th birthday. The room itself was nothing special but it was clean and there was plenty of space. Pop and coffee were included and there was a cash bar. We had a salad, nothing out of the ordinary but very good (3.5 out of 5 stars). Mostaccioli which I didn't have due to being diabetic, I try to stay away from pasta, but my wife said it was excellent (5 of 5 stars). Mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, green beans and red bell peppers in a sauce I can't really describe but was very good (4.5 of 5 stars). Diced potatoes (again which I didn't have and can't rate but there were none left at the end of the day ). Thick sliced turkey in gravey. Very tender and tasty (4.5 of 5 stars). Sliced beef and gravey. The beef was very very tender and very tasty but some of the peices were a little sinuey (4 of 5 stars). Very lightly breaded chicken tenders topped with peas in a chicken sauce. The chicken was very tender tasted fantastic (5 of 5 stars). We had the room for 4 hours and it cost $2k for 30-35 people. The people bringing in the food and manning the bar were professional and very pleasant. Overall the afternoon was extremely pleasant, no one had any complaints and the experience was well worth what paid.

I rarely complain about service, but it was particularly poor this past Tuesday night. It was not very busy when we were there and several times we had to track our server down for more drinks, condiments and the bill. I love the ambience of their patio and their food is solid, but the service was very frustrating.

The server Sandrine was so rude and disgusting begging for a tip. My friend was paying the tip and cash and the server saw no tip on the debit and before we could even give her the cash she started saying we are wrong for not tipping and arguing with us calling us mean girls…. I’m a server myself and I would never say that to any customer. We decided to talk to the manager and the managers response was “What do you want me to do you want me to hit her” are you kidding me that is disgusting behavior. The service was very disgusting and I want to even complain to corporate because they genuinely did not care and thought what they were doing was right. Not to mention the service was terrible and slow. We got our food before our drinks server never came to check on us. I would not recommend this place because of the customer service at all. Food was actually good too.The waitress Sandrine was so rude and disgusting begging for a tip. My mom, sister and I had a wonderful and pleasant evening. We were gathering to catch up on life. Our waitress was friendly and very attentive to our table. It was a joy not to be rushed. The Coconut Onion and Margherita pizza topped off the dinner and they were phenomenal.

So we arrived and were so excited to eat outdoors on a beautiful Sunday. We were sat and then due to the sun being a bit strong for my super pale skin asked to be put at a table with umbrella. We then waited a bit and the server came took our order brought our drinks and then 40 plus minutes later we went in search of where our food might be because we were freaking hungry. The Bam Bam shrimp finally comes out cool and coagulated...just bad and we were done...we were comped the drinks and left. The table we had vacated due to being too sunny had their mains and had almost finished them as we went by...sad because we were regulars of Moretti's...never again!
