been here multiple times and have only been able to get hot food once due to the inconsistency of the time that they close their kitchen and their store.for example i just came to Munchiez today (3/29/24)around 7 pm and was turned away due to them closing early, which was not stated prior .
their food and cereal shakes are so good don’t get me wrong but their professionalism when it comes to when they close their kitchen and their store and the communication of that is very poor

They hung up on me. Bad customer service twice at that. I’m glad you did that before I spent 50 minutes coming out there. I will go buy me some cereal from the local grocery store.

I wish I'd taken pics of my food but I couldn't wait to eat it! I got a Walking Taco with Takis and I guess it turned into a Driving Taco bc it was so good I ate the whole thing on the drive home. I did manage to save the incredibly delicious Puff Diddy shake til I got home. Also, even though it was busy, everyone was really nice. I'm sorry it had been a while since I was in...will definitely be back very soon! And they have a deal where if you sign up for text alerts you'll get $5 off on your next visit!

My friend and I drove an hour and a half to come try the food because we have seen it all over instagram, when we got there they said the kitchen was closed so we could only order shakes (it was 30 minutes before closing when we came) The stores hours are already limited enough so why stay open if you aren’t even gonna serve the full menu?? Then had to pay 12$ for a ‘large’ shake which was the same size as a red solo cup. Disappointed ?

Very friendly crew! We got waffle crisp/ cocoa puff shakes and they were so good. They have probably 20+ cereals to choose from and based on mine, they really care about the quality of what you get. My cereal was crisp and fresh. We have to go back earlier to try some food next time.
Terrific selection of food and desserts. Very welcoming staff. Loved the beefy fries and the puff didy shake. Will be coming back for more.

Ordered some cheese fries with the chicken, some red velvet oreos, and some other thing and that took almost an hour. Place wasn't really busy and only for them to forget to give me my oreos. Then proceeded to tell me they were out of the red velvet even though we asked before hand. Food was good, but the long wait and poor service ruined it. Maybe I'll give it another chance.

Finally tried this spot ‼We we're in the area visiting family . The fruity pebbles funnel cake was good The koolaide pickles were good . The drum stick milkshake was good .They out of good humor strawberry shortcake.Will try next time in the area . The staff and service was good . Thank you
