The attention seemed terrible to me, a mocking tone from the employees in addition to the fact that they made jokes among themselves in another language. I wouldn't go back even though the food is good.

I had a falafel bowl with spicy hummus, coucous, pickles, cabbage, onions & harissa. The falafel was made fresh and tasted great. The couscous was cold but so were the toppings so it balanced out. As always, the bread was good, but also cold. It's 1000× better hot. This location was clean, but the bathroom needed attention. (They have ancient locking mechanisms for the bathroom doors that clash with the modern look of the place.)Vegetarian options: Falafel

Naf Naf offers a delightful culinary experience with its flavorful Middle Eastern cuisine. From their succulent shawarma wraps to their aromatic falafel platters, every dish bursts with authentic taste and quality ingredients. The restaurant's vibrant ambiance adds to the overall dining experience, making it a great spot for both quick bites and leisurely meals. The service is efficient and friendly, ensuring a pleasant visit every time. Ramish, the person who was serving the food, was exceptionally pleasant and respectful, adding to the positive experience. My only minor critique is that I wish the pita bread was served a little warmer to enhance the dining experience even further. Whether you're a fan of Middle Eastern cuisine or just looking to explore new flavors, Naf Naf is definitely worth a visit.

Ordered food on the app yesterday. I didn’t receive all of my food. When I called the store to ask for a credit for my missing order, the store clerk yelled at me and hung up on me.

Ordered Door Dash and was surprised how amazingly good, fresh, and healthy their chicken/falafel plate with hummus and basmati rice, with baklava tasted! I loved the fresh vegetables and garlic sauce too. Thank you!

I have loved this place but have had a few complaaints, one of which is diarrhea always after I eat there. Their food is delicious, though, when it is at the appropriate temperature

The subway of middle eastern food. The food isn't bad at all. The falafels might look overcooked, but are tender, juicy & delicious. The chicken schwarma pita however didn't have nearly enough chicken. Still, it is fairly priced and offers some variety from the usual cuisine in the area. The place itself is very modern and for the most part clean. There was an obvious small pile of food on the floor in the dining area that they neglected no matter how many times they walked past it which is kind of wild because the place was empty almost the entire time I was there. The bathroom is a mess as well and definitely needs to be cleaned.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options including rice dishesParking: Large shared strip mall parking lotKid-friendliness: Good spot to eat with the family atWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking

I used to like this place a lot, came here multiple times. Today I was in the area and decided to revisit. Ordered my usual and things have changed. Bowl is now a plate, they still call it a bowl tho. Chicken is now dried scraps, and only a few of them. Will never return to this place, if not all Naf naf. Bye

Is this a joke? Trying to pass off Arabic food as your own? Pathetic. Garbage.
