Quick service & extremely friendly staff HOWEVER this location gives you the smallest drop of extra sauce if you pay to get the extra sauce. Sooo annoying. Other locations actually fill up the container with sauce.

A quick stop. Good food. Pasta and other types of noodles. A good variety that sure to satisfy everyone at the table. I had a spicy noodles dish and some Mac and Cheese. Hardy meal. It was very good. Just what I needed.

Everyone has their favorite dish here. Mine’s the Pad Thai, kids like the Mac and cheese dishes. The food is consistently good across all the locations. Service here at Clybourn is good. Good place to try for a quick sit down meal if you’re shopping or running around. The general maintenance of this location and all of the Chicagoland locations I’ve been should be better. Dinning room and restrooms should be cleaner. Fixtures are worn and/or broken. If you look at the small details you’ll see a lack of interest and investment by the parent company. I’m not confident Noodles and co will be around in another 5 years.

I’m only giving a star because the customer service was excellent, but if I could, I would give 0 stars. The gluten free mac and cheese was just watered down cheese and the noodles were not good. The people working were lovely and I would return just for the people working there but the food was terrible.
I tired almost every noodles and company branch around Chicagoland area and this one is the best!!! Thank you for the best spicy Korean beef noodles I’ve ever had! ?♥️

I just tried to eat lunch here. Never again. I ordered some kind of pasta with shrimp, they overcharged me for another meal as well, two lunches, when they corrected that they made my pasta but forgot to put in shrimp. I brought it back and said I think you forgot to add the shrimp, they said that they forgot to charge me for the shrimp.. what a joke!!!! And I tipped them !!!! I will never have lunch here and I'm going to stop tipping for counter service food..

Please teach your employees what the tabs on the sides of the tops and bottoms of plastic food containers are for. Scanning the barcode in the app did not work at this location. I had to try a couple times to figure out what phone number was on my rewards account.

The service was not good, sat there right in front waiting for them to call my name for a Togo order, they assumed it was a delivery order and just tossed it aside and let me stand there for like 20 minutes...
