Beers were great as expected. We were not impressed with the nachos. The meat was tasteless and hard to separate so lots of meat in a bite or no meat. The cheese sauce had a nice wang to it and chips were ok. Will try something different next time.

Food is so good here and they always seem well-staffed. Like the flavor and crunch of their fries. Love the enormous beet salad that comes with grapefruit, goat cheese, seeds, and greens. Katie is a great server.

Food was good but the service at the bar was severely lacking. The server who got us our drinks seemed like he didn’t want to be there and told the people next to us to hang on when they tried to order food then he never came back to them… did the same thing to us.Parking: Street parking can be difficult since many of the side streets are permitted.

Extensive menu for a brew pub. Friendly service. Wide selection of beers. Seats 250 so lots of space. No Cubs games cuz they refuse to pay for the Marquee Network.

Everything tasted fantastic. My brother and I got the six-piece Tokyo spicy wings, the wood-fired burger with bacon and garlic fries, the mac of the week, and two blood orange beers. My brother got the double wood-fired cheeseburger. The mac and cheese tasted great and was big enough for two to three people. It is far from where I live, but it was worth it. Great meal.Kid-friendliness: While eating here, I saw many families eating together; some had toddlers, and others had teens.

The only one that could stop me from talking about this place is Boeing!Once you come here you start checking their website feverishly because they have a new wing of the week but also, burger and Mac and cheese of the month. Some would say they have the best wings in the city! I like that they are not afraid to experiment with their wing flavors, when I went the wing of the week was piña colada flavored! If you’re into beer this place has it and a wide selection. I came here strictly for the food, I’ve been here multiple times and have gotten the wings, burger and the cod po’boy. All 3 items impressed with the taste, quality and portion size! Don’t settle for a Boeing quality restaurant where they just throw in the scraps! Go to Old Irving Brewing!

When we arrived, we were told by the host that it would be a one hour wait. It was a busy Saturday, so not surprising. I turned to ask a member of our party if that was okay, then when I turned back to say we’d wait (5 seconds later), it was suddenly an hour and fifteen minutes to an hour and a half wait. I left my number and we stood back to wait while we checked in with the rest of our party. Less than a minute later, the host said they’d seat us after the people in line in front of us, then suddenly we were being told to follow a staff member to an open table (which was right next to another open table of the same size). This all happened in under five minutes. It felt like the host just didn’t want to deal with us and was hoping we’d leave if given a long wait time.Once we sat down, the server seemed to have the same attitude. She was nice and attentive, but was very obviously hoping we’d be a quick turn. The food and drinks were good, but not worth the service.

Great food, especially the weekly specials. Some of the best chicken wings I've had in the area. Great selection of rotating beers too.

Amazing experience! I love trying out new breweries even though most of the time I end up NOT liking the product. So I was pleasantly surprised to love all 3 beers I tried during our visit here.Separately have to highlight, our server Chris and the kitchen chef Alex, they went above and beyond to ensure and provide quality vegan options. The rest of the staff were also very attentive!Dietary restrictions: Vegan

Terrible hosting and managing of tables. Made a group of six with small children wait two hours for a table, when multiple tables were open the entire wait. The gentlemen in charge with a red shirt and beard, never once checked on the group to offer any different table options. I’ve never experienced such disgusting disrespect or blatant disregard for customers at any Chicago brewery. As an Old Irving Park Resident, active in the community, I will share this shameful experience with as many people possible in order to spread word of their terrible table management; so the establishment can focus on addressing and correcting the problem.

Phenomenal dining experience all around! Everything we ordered from the cheese curds all the way to the Spanish octopus, were cooked splendidly. We had a great time, felt welcomed by the friendly staff, and felt right in with atmosphere of the place. The Beezer IPA is THE beer I recommend to pair your plates with. 5/5 overall, will be going back for sure.

Potentially the best sit-down brewery on the Northwest side. Great for families and the food is a true highlight. Pictured are the special PB&J burger, the fried zucchini appetizer, and the pretzel sticks.Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and even have slings for car seat carries!
