We wanted something light for lunch today so we decided to try Olive. Never again. My husband went in to order so I could stay in the car with my kid, but I chose the chicken shawarma salad because it's my standby. They didn't give him any options to customize the sandwich, there are absolutely no pickles or tomatoes on it, and somehow there are potatoes?? The absolute worst Shawarma sandwich I have ever had. I mean, look at this picture. Would you eat that?

Always a hit!! Staff is super nice and generous with their portions. Salads, spreads, meat and pitas are always fresh!!! I always ask for half spicy shawarma and half regular!

Early afternoon on a Saturday and they were out of Lavash and Cauliflower (they didn't make any). The steak Kabsa comes with chickpeas pilaf and I asked if I could sub with couscous. The gentleman was super nice and said we don't normally but will do this time since I was a new customer when I placed the order. But later when the female staff was putting my order together, she kept saying no we don't do that and rolling her eyes at me. Seems to me she was pissed at the world today. Finally she said we don't do it one more time, but that she would do it this time. I finally said, if you don't then don't do it. . I also had to ask her about the almonds that it was suppose to be finished off with. The ground beef (Beef kabob) comes with seasoned cauliflower and they decided to substitute it with Mediterranean salad without asking. I only noticed because I didn't see cauliflower.... As for the taste, the two dishes that I got was delicious! I would like to give this place a try, but if she's taking orders....I'll probably walk out. Food 4.5 stars. Customer Service -1. It's unfortunate because the men behind the counter were super nice!

This is hands down the best place to go for Mediterranean cuisine. There are so many options and majority of it is veg friendly. The food is affordable and the quality is amazing! I highly recommend any location in the city.

Can't believe i just tried olive Mediterranean for the first time and have been driving past for the last 5 years! This place is a must for an easy, fast and cheap but delicious meal! If you're craving Mediterranean definitely go here. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and they were even making pita and falafel fresh while i was ordering! Very impressed.

I am so disappointed. This is the 2nd time I ordered from them for delivery. BOTH times they were missing MULTIPLE items. Today's order.....no hot sauce, no order of pitas, no rice, no spicy chicken kabobs. And oil poured all over hummus which I asked specifically NOT to do. I was shocked how many items they forgot....and the chick pea salad says jalapeno in it..NOPE NONE. Just crazy. How are they still in business? How do you forget so many items? The first time was the same....it was a few months ago. I tried to give them another chance. TERRIBLE!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN EVER AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT EITHER. This was nor just one thing....it was most of my order. How does this happen? TWO TIMES? SHAME ON THEM!

Completely disappointed - not one redeeming quality. The falafel was over cooked and swimming in grease. The wrap was freezing cold and served in a tortilla, not pita. Some of the menu items were not available. The soda fountain was out of service. Finally, the service was lacking.
Really love this food. It is flavorful and super fresh . I am giving it 4 stars only bc of the seating . It's cold, small, and not comfy or inviting . So I just pickup my food and go ! It doesn't stop me from coming :)

I enjoy the food. I got the Steak Sharwma bowl with two sides of hummus. On this particular trip they included a lot of hummus (love that), but I got quite a few pieces of steak that were fatty and I didn't want to eat. The meals are reasonably priced and I found it feeling. The restaurant has standard menu items, but also let's you build your own bowl with a Salad, base (hummus, Baba Ghanoush, etc), rice, and protein. They are not super quick at cleaning the tables because they only have one person working the counter and dinning area today, a Saturday evening.
