The cashiers were really sweet and polite :) ! They recommended me the Strawberry cheese top ; and it was really good! I usually don’t like cheese and was pretty reluctant!

The ordering process was confusing. The kiosk for order said additions were sold out, yet that wasn’t the case of what I observed. There was a lady behind the counter with a mask talking on the phone as she mumbled our order number while turning around to make the next customer’s orders and we had to wave our hands in her face to get attention to confirm our order.additionally we order three drinks and three rolled ice cream and the two of our rolled ice cream orders took forever, while others got their orders in after us were served. Why not make all of an order in order, why skip around. This made me feel there service was disorganized and uncomfortable unpleasant. It made the dine in experience unsatisfying. I’ll staying going next door to Taste of Legends.

Super cute place with great rolled icecream my husband and I went for my birthday. I gave 4 stars cause although my rolled ice cream and service was good it was so packed/overcrowded no where for people to stand/sit. Trying to leave /come in was challenging.

I tried a new smoothie I’ve never had which was a mango coconut milk smoothie with boba. It definitely was interesting, I wasn’t a fan at first but it tasted better the closer I got to the bottom. It’s very nice inside and they had some snacks. Glad I stopped by.

Came here for ice cream rolls and bubble waffle after dinner because the place next door was packed. Oriental Tea was busy but had enough space and not too long of a wait. The ice cream rolls were great, some of the garnish decoration was not exact to the picture but the ice cream rolls were well done. The bubble waffle is not as good as Hong Kong, but good enough.

Cute little tea shop with lots of different options than other places I've seen. The taiyaki was yummy (I got pineapple). The peanut butter explosion honestly tastes like a Costco dessert or something, not bad at all, but nothing spectacular that you have to try. Get another drink instead, the drink was so refreshing and fruity! I would have gotten another had the place not been closing. Definitely worth a try!

I ordered the cheese bubble waffle but there wasn't any cheese on it or in the bubbles so I think they got my order wrong. It was so disappointing because I wanted a sauce or something with the waffle, but they were too busy to ask for them to fix it (I was also starving and would have eaten anything). The lychee strawberry tea was so good! It's really sweet but I loved it. I would definitely go back! The tables along the wall with the bench were quite dirty and so were the bathrooms, but I'm happy they had a restroom to use.

Waited over 30 mins for my drink and was told "it was coming." Kept asking and was finally given my drink. Wasn't even the right drink and tasted like straight up milk.

Oriental Tea in Chicago Chinatown is a gem with quality bubble tea. The beautiful and peaceful decor creates a perfect atmosphere for lingering with friends, although seating is limited. The durian milk latte with bubbles and lemon tea stood out for their amazing taste and quality. The option to control sugar levels adds to the overall satisfaction. Surprisingly, the combination of coffee in the durian milk latte is an unexpectedly delightful treat. A must-try spot for bubble tea enthusiasts!Parking: It's hard to find the parking space.

Great place for an ice cream. Although, it is almost impossible to find parking nearby. Recommend to park on the other side of China Town and go there by walk.
