"Despite the less-than-ideal service from the servers, I must commend the outstanding flavors and authenticity of the dishes at this Mexican restaurant. The culinary experience truly transported me to the heart of Mexico with each bite. Pros:Food is fresh and delicious. Waitstaff are very attentive and knowledgeable. Kitchen staff worked fast, we were served quickly. Decor is inviting. Prices are quite reasonable. Try their jumbo buritto, it's good for three meals.Cons:Wooden uncomfortable chairs with no cushion. Street parking only. Not handicapped accessible.Pancho Pistolas was is my favorite Mexican food restaurant for delivery. Disappointed that I can't eat inside anymore.Wheelchair accessibility: Unfortunately it's not wheelchair or mobility scooter accessible. It would be difficult for walkers, rollators, crutches and canes to navigate the stairs. Hand rail is loose.

I’ve been going to this place for a very long time now and more than handful of times it’s always been excellent! They make everything to order, and they always get it right. My personal favorite is the Al pastor torta.. chips and salsa always a plus, and lime margaritas always give me a nice buzz! Love this place!

We had the best experience the other night. We didn't have to wait for our food long, at all. The food was great and fresh. Seems like a nice quiet spot. The drinks were also good. This was a great first impression.

Pancho Pistolas is an amazingly good experience front to back. The people are helpful and happy which is a big deal. Whenever you go out to a restaurant the food is amazing one of the best spots for Mexican food. The flank steak is amazing she's enchiladas are great. Of course the drinks are all top shelf, it's a great place to go whether you're in a polo or you're dressed up for the night it's always good! The room is clean, spacious great place.

This is an ABSOLUTE HIDDEN GEM on Chicago's Southside! They literally might have the best steak anything in the city. You can tell the menu is carefully planned out and curated. There is a certain love that goes into the food at this authentic Mexican spot and the Margs are great as well!!! All I can say is...PLEASE GO AND ENJOY!!!
