Paradise is a favorite amongst my friend group but yesterday’s service absolutely blew me out of the water! The service and food is always great but yesterday we were celebrating a special milestone and our server Nico made sure to make us feel like the paradise team was celebrating with us. Again i love paradise and it’s always good times & good vibes but yesterday was TOP TIER! Thank you Nico Barry’s wicker park loves you!!!

If you over 40, then stay your old azz at home. If you are under 40 looking for some high-priced drink, but a great atmosphere, this place is nice. They have games for you and friends to enjoy while you eat or drink. Great bar foods!!!

This was my first time getting brunch here. To begin with, the service was excellent and we were attended by everyone from the staff. I was highly impressed. Secondly, the food was alright and what you expect to have as bar food. I recommend getting bbq wings they had a tender and slight crisp to them! The bottomless mimosas are $35. Don't know if a cheeseburger to me is a double cheese burger to them ..food was super salty. I barely ate it only cause I had to pay for it..won't order that again

Reservations mean nothing here. We had reservations for a birthday, got there and the host couldn't tell us when or where we'd be seated. Why have reservations then? Eventually had to take our birthday crew to a different bar. - Only giving 2 stars bc the bar staff was cool and on it.

We had a 1:45 reservation to Paradise Park because I felt like it would be a cool spot to take my sister since it’s her first time in town.After sitting around for 10 minutes, our friend Niko, takes our drink order. After another 10 minutes, we finally received our drinks (from someone else) and had to ask him to take our food order.We waited as our food trickled in, with no more appearances from Niko. He never came to refill our water pitcher that we had finished or ask if we wanted more beverages after we finished our first ones. After all our food had arrived (by other staff), we were able to catch him and order another beverage.After plenty of waisted time and being completely ignored, we asked for the check and two to go boxes. We waited 15 minutes for him to bring the check. And knowing his behavior, I placed the card in immediately, but he had already walked away. Then we had the pleasure of watching him talk to the front staff for 10 minutes while we waited to literally just leave.Safe to say at this point, I was absolutely disgruntled by the poor quality “service.” So I was not feeling generous when it came time to tip. Which is wild because I have literally never tipped below 25%. But it was genuinely that bad. We paid and at this point were just waiting for boxes, which we expected to take forever by this point as well. But after 10 minutes, and watching the table next to us ask for boxes, and receive them immediately, we get his attention and remind him we are waiting for those boxes.To which he says that he would, but we “only tipped 9% and he doesn’t work for free.” And then storms off to the back. I go to the bar and ask for boxes, which I honestly should have just done the entire time because it would have made things go ten times faster.It was a frustrating experience, but Tony was very on top of things and handled the situation promptly, generously, and with a lot of care. It very much feels they are concerned with the customer experience and they handled the situation quite well. I do believe this is an isolated incident and not a reflection on the establishment. So for that reason, I will be back, and have chosen to still recommend paradise park as a very fun place to get good food and great drinks.
It was an entire vibe. Our server was amazing. I rated it 4 stars because we arrived like 10mins after 10 and they didn't inform us at the door that the kitchen closed at 10. But the drinks and service were

I've been here several several times- loved the vibes, the DJ, the space, etc. So it pains me to write this review but we ordered a beer that was $8 (3 times) and our bill has the $9 drink listed. When I asked to get a refund they seemed upset I was asking for a $3 refund but it's about ethics. Said they would fix the order, almost 5 days later and no update. I guess take that as you will. The other 10+ times I've been there this hasn't been an issue. I don't understand why they charged the wrong drink and didn't refund me. Just going to be more careful next time to triple check my charges and bill.
