I would say this place is overrated. The pizza is good, but Lou Malnatis is better. The dough is too thick, it’s like eating focaccia bread. The sauce was good but the Italian sausage had a little kick to it.

I would give this establishment 0 stars if I could, I’m giving it a 1 just to be generous. First of all, they need to do something with the bathrooms, there’s no knob on one of the doors and piss all over the floor, nasty. Additionally, we waited 45 minutes for our deep dish pizza, which was fine. However, when we got it we realized our order was wrong, we asked for basil, bacon and PEPPERONI, we got sausage. This completely ruined our appetite, I didn’t bother to ask for a remake because why would I wait another 45 minutes for a pizza ? To add, the pizza was gross, which pissed me off even more because it wasn’t even good. This establishment is way over hyped, I don’t understand why they have Merchandise in front of the store. Never coming back again.

Rudest customer service I have ever experienced. Order 1 medium pizza, they gave my order to the wrong person, over 2 hours later I get my food and it was the complete wrong pizza. The person on the phone had the audacity to yell at me. I will never order from this place again

Chicago Pizza is very unique and quite scrumptious. Great place! Casual. Small selection of beer and spirits. Service is friendly, attentive, and suggestive. I do recommend making a reservation and getting a small personalized pizza, as they are very feeling. Cute charming place.

Had the best pizza I've ever had at this place! I don't usually eat pizza, but since I was in town, I decided to try it. 10/10 I'd go backBy some miracle, I was able to dine in and got seated very fast. The service I received was also fast and accurate. the waiter i had was super nice and friendly. They helped give recommendations and were also very informative when I had questions. The atmosphere was nice and family-friendly with a busy but steady workflow as well.Definitely try the other food as well aside from the pizza, you won't be disappointed either!

It place deserves a 5 star, but service was not okay, it was a disappointment for us. We have been made waited for 1 hour 10 mins after ordering a deep dish pizza and we noticed customers who ordered after us served before us(deep dish pizza). After 55 mins we needed to reach to the person who attended our table after 20 mins we served warm pizza it clearly showed it was ready and waiting at the kitchen made hot pizza to cool down to warm...we traveled from India (1000+ kms to get disappointed on service) and made the table reservation well in advance and on time at the restaurant...but a good pizza was not served on time...Coming to food, it was an amazing taste...somehow disappointment in service was compensated with the taste...may be next time just visit the restaurant and grab a take away instead of dining...This restaurant deserves a 5 star for the excellent tasty pizza

This place was recomended by someone who lived in the area, we were not disappointed one bit. We had a larger sized party so we ordered several pizzas, we all got to sample them. We all fought for the leftover pizza the next day. I have been thinking about ordering a few frozen pizzas and having them shipped, yes it was that good. If I was ever in the area again I would make a point to go there again.
