Phillys best fall off hard I paid 24$ for a sandwich and a slice of pizza I get home and the sandwich is salty as hell it wasn’t even edible I called to complain they said why didn’t you bring the sandwich back mind you I picked up the sandwich before closing and I live in the northside I’ve been there numerous times and always tried to support them but never again. DONT BUY FROM HERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH 0/10

I have never been to Philadelphia so I have nothing to compare this food to. But if Philadelphia's cheesesteaks are ANYTHING like what I've tasted here, then I am in love! However after reading some of the other reviews, I really hope they listen to their customers and make the necessary adjustments.Update 4/22/2024: I celebrated this place when I first learned of it as referenced above. A little while back my Son, who turned me on to Philly's, mentioned he was no longer patronizing them due to lack of cleanliness, e.g. not wearing gloves while handling food.Today I took a chance, thinking maybe that was a one-off occurrence. I literally walked back to where they cook to visually confirm if they were executing food handling practices per the law - and they were. After placing my order I made my way back to the cooking area, and WAS SHOCKED. The male cooking the food had taken off his blue plastic gloves (likely to do something, as he should) and was handling the cooking tools as he was preparing my sandwich! I immediately asked "does he have gloves on?". He stopped and put some on, obliging my acknowledgement, and presumed cooking. He was pleasant.I understand that in the midst of whatever you may forget - after all we're human - not perfect.However, I have concern because it is food that the public is consuming, which unfortunately means there is NO room for mistakes or forgetfulness. For however many hours your working, handling the publics food, this must be PRIORITY - you just CAN'T slip.So I'm not certain I'll be returning.

I spent $76 on 3 sandwiches and fries. Even though the food was tasty I could not believe how limited the amount of steak was on the sandwich. You need to take down those old pictures of how your sandwich may have looked and put new pictures online of how your steak sandwich is prepared now. I felt cheated and won’t go back as I was recommended to try the cheese steak here.

I order for my job all the time last time we didn't get our sour cream called back the said they was going to put it under my name.then I called ask for same thing bake potatoes and there no credit under my name all they charged me the last time for two and didn't get me any wow

This used to be one of my favorite places to go without a doubt the bomb and I no longer reside in Chicago so I come back 2 visit I live 3hrs away I was born here so this was a hit every time I usually go, but this time I noticed when I walked in the establishment it was ran down, like they no longer care about it and it looks as if it's fallen apart, it was dirty looking on the way in and the food, the pizza slices that I usually love, looked old and looked as if they been sitting there for hrs. The Philly was ok. This place needs to shape up it is in our glamorous downtown area and it needs to update its establishment so my mouth can water upon arrival like it use too, very disappointed. Get it together please!!!!!!!!
