Location is a little sketchy as undesirables we hanging around with one patron concerned for her safety and didn't want to leave right away. Food wise ok. Chix was crispy and juicy w/decent pieces except for one wing that looked beat up. Of course one tends to come across these on a carry-out order.

There’s something wrong with the chicken here. It used to be really solid a few years ago but something changed. It now has a weird funk to it. Everything else is the same though. But I go here for the chicken and can’t anymore because something is just off with it now. Service is really fast though.

I THOUGHT, THIS LOCATION WOULD BE CLOSE TO WHERE I LIVE, BUT IT WASN'T, I MUST HAVE MISSED SOMETHING, POPEYES RESTAURANT DIDN'T LOOK THIS BIG NOR STAND OUT, AS IN THIS PHOTO, I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A DRIVE THRU, BUT IT WASN'T EVERYTHING TASTE LIKE IT WAS SITTING AROUND AND NOT HOT, BUT HARD/OVER CRISPY, WHEN YOU HAVEN'T HAD NOTHING TO EAT, AND SPENDING YOUR MONEY, YOU EXPECT HOT FOOD, NOT SOMETHING THAT'S BEING SITTING AROUND

I found a piece of hair in my mac n cheese none of the workers protect their hair in the back....even if they don't wear a hair net make share yo hair don't get into my food! No one apologized ?then when I ask for another mac cheese... the workers all look at me like imma problem then they gave me another mac cheese that looks like dried up cottage cheese...I didn't get what I paid for cuz the food was nasty n the chicken tenders nasty n it didn't even look like chicken tenders ??♀️

I was pleasantly surprised, the chicken was very good and crispy, what I didn't like very much was the sauces, a lot of them. The attention was very good from their workers. I will repeat for sure.I ordered the honey and spicy bbq, very delicious, the fries were also delicious.
We waited 15 min to be served just to find out they don’t take coupons or promos even though I live 10 min walk away… it’s the only location within a 20 min drive and they sent me coupons. If you don’t take promos that should be listed on your door. They also don’t do refills on drinks and the wait was horrendous even though there were just 4 people in line. Lots of mobile orders

They don't honor offers from the app. No idea why it's even possible to order from there with the app. Unfriendly service. Terrible experience. They come up with receipts that don't match the one you get from the app and tell you they only give what's on their receipt. Seems like they just give whatever they want with no regards to what you ordered. I showed them my receipt on the app and they just ignored it. Never come here if you ever want to use any promotional offers.

My review is solely based on my opinion. I ordered a 6 piece sweet and spicy and a 6 piece Garlic Parmesan wing. Got back to work with 2 orders of the sweet and spicy. Maybe it would have been better to tell me at the store if they didn’t have it or maybe fix the mistake or not rather than just giving me whatever they wanted. I Will not be returning to location and the worst part is the guy looked over the receipt and confirmed that what I ordered was in my bag. If you don’t have a sauce at a location don’t take it upon yourself to just give a customer whatever you choose. And again they never said they didn’t have the flavor and they confirmed and looked over the receipt before handing it over but I should have also still triple checked.
