I placed a take out delivery through the app. Arrived at the drive thru, no one answered through headset. They take way too long. I also noticed they weren't answering any of the customers in front of me. Don't recommend this Popeyes if you're in a rush. Seems like this place is understaffed. They only have 1 guy in the front preparing orders for customers in the lobby and drive thru.. I've been to other locations and they have multiple employees speeding through the orders.

Unprofessional, dirty, nasty lobby ALL THE TIME! They take orders slow, serve their food SLOW! Managers don’t take lead AT ALL! Cashier all over the place, I never see anybody wear gloves or wash their hands! This place is GHETTO ASF! And the ghetto ain’t even this bad!!!!

No type of customer service what so ever. Took forever to take my order never said hold on one minute or nothing. After finally placing the order took so long to confirm it we ended up driving off and finding another Popeyes that had a huge line and still served us quicker than this one did. It's always this way.

The establishment is nasty . Customer Serivce sucks they have an attitude the second you walk through the door. I placed a MOBILE OREER AND STILL HAD TO WAIT 30 minutes. The lady was moving in turtle speed. I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog. WHOEVER THE MANAGE IS NEEDS TO BE FIRED FOR EVEN ALLOWING THAT PLACE TO BE RAN THAT WAY!!!! Since I have to give it a star . Wish there was a negative star to give

It took 30 minutes just to place an order and then be told give them a minute. That lasted 15 minutes so I left. To top tings off the older lady on the register had an attitude with everyone for no reason. Would not recommend this location although they use to be very good.

3 out of my five piece was undercooked biscuits were hard as hockey pucks potatoes was stiff as a iron board I called and was told that I would receive a refund which I didn't get instead I was offered for my chicken to be replaced which was fine i would've accepted that but it was how the Manger approach me with upmost disrespect which was totally unnecessary because I wasn't hostile up until the point of her talking to me in disrespectful manner (description) big lips with gaps and spaces through out teeth I believe to have short hair also
