I went to this location with Reward Points coupon from the app and was told that they do not have a scanner to scan the code, but instead of telling us that we can do it in our app and pick it up, she literally told us this and walked away from drive through window and ignored us. I've been going to this location for over 20 years and have never been treated this way. She was very rude and abrupt. Even if you are busy you can at least explain clearly to a customer because it is not the customer's obligation to know the rules and if each location has a scanner or not to scan a rewards coupon. Rewards are given to repeat customers who spend a lot of money at Popeyes and its not like it is coming out of the managers pocket to honor the rewards the company decides to reward it's loyal customers with.She was a Hispanic heavy set manager with long hair working at apx 6:30 pm on Friday March 8th 2024. She was very rude and we couldn't even see her name because she literally turned around and walked away, and ignored us from window. We left that location and drove another 13 minutes and took our business to the location on Addison and Western. We had also ordered other items aside from the free reward item. They were so nice and accommodating there.If I could leave zero Stars I would. I am very dissatisfied at the lack of customer service by the manager at this location to explain how to order with their app properly and how they treated us and dismissed us. TERRIBLE AND I WILL DRIVE THE EXTRA 10 MINUTES TO WESTERN AND ADDISON LOCATION TO GET FOOD AND NO LONGER GIVE THIS LOCATION THAT IS 2 MINUTES FROM MY HOME MY BUSINESS AND MONEY!!!!

Im actually really excited to share this because i have sooooo many problems with other popeyes often. So i was shocked when i received a well prepared order. Thankyou for staying on your A+ game!

This is our go-to local Popeyes we have been going to for years. I must say the customer service has not been the best. There is a sense of rudeness and no flexibility on orders. The chicken is not always the freshest anymore. I have been to other Popeyes who have accepted expired coupons and even honored minor things like mixing chicken and strips. C'mon, yall need to work with your customers and have a little compassion for crying out loud. Smh.
Why do they turn the menu lights off in the drive thru before they close? That makes no sense?

I tried to order nuggets, then tenders, then the bacon and cheese chicken sandwich and apparently they were out of every single thing I wanted. they said they didn’t have the nuggets or tenders for the rest of the night, and they didn’t have the classic chicken sandwich, only spicy. I don’t know if they’re tossing food to prepare to close for the night or what but they should be keeping it stocked until close, or make more if they run out.
