The main entree's are alright, I mean, it's chicken and fried seafood. How simple can you get? The fries are cold though, every time. The employees are straight to the point, not very friendly, but not a bunch of disrespectful jerks. The train station food court seating is a story of itself, it varies between mess hall and pristine photo worthy every visit.Overall, I'd say pick an alternative if you can, but if you need some chicken, then this place can suffice.(This review is referencing the Accenture Tower Food Court Location, the correct location geographically)

The woman who runs this place is just no good at her job sad to say. She has no interest in customer service. I just spent $13 on a combo and threw it directly in the trash. And they forgot my biscuit. I spend money here all the time. Never again.

The morning staff was rude. As I was picking up an order for a customer I was requesting confirmation of the order and they looked disgusted and annoyed with my request. The store owner should hire people who really want to work and have good attitudes.

I was a little late getting home so, had to get a late dinner delivered from this place via Grubhub as this was one of the only places open at the time. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo, which was missing the soda when delivered. And that is completely fine as it happens sometimes. However, the chicken was really uncooked and that is not something that is alright and outright dangerous. I like Popeyes but, I would definitely give this one a miss.

This Popeyes is in a horrible building. While claiming to be a train station the building has no working water fountains even in 100+ degrees Chicago weather. Unless the friendly staff at Popeyes fill your water bottle the only option is to waste polluting plastic and money to buy a 16oz $3 bottle.

if I could give this place zero stars I would , they have 4 people and none of them seem to know how a job works standing around while people just want their food to go on a train. i politely asked the worker if she could please take my order because I needed to go on the train and she stood there like like a momo rolling her eyes, the other 3 were pretending to do work but they were on their phones. it also took them 10 mins to give me 5 chicken tenders and a sprite. i recommend they fire all these people and hire people who can actually do a simple job.

I asked for 3 piece whole chicken for me and my son and got 3 small pieces of chicken. Then asked for jalapeño poppers and got peppers instead because the d*** cashier don’t understand English well and had the nerve to have an attitude the whole time. I had to repeat what pop me and my son wanted a few times before he got it right. I spent $17 for what looked like a kids meal. There were homeless people all around begging and they didn’t care. Never again!
