Literally went in asked for her to give me a minute and proceeds to act like she didn’t hear me and tell me “what’s ur order” I tell her I want the the 8pc combo meal hot and she tells me “the sweet and sour” and puts it on the screen I kept telling her no keep In mind while all of this is going on theirs soooo much background noise and I’m the only one in the drive through theirs NO PEOPLE INSIDE there for they definitely were fooling around point is I get to pay and I check she literally gave me SWEET AND SPICY after I told her I didn’t want it and on top she made it a combo not a FAMILY COMBO!! You guys need to tell YOURE EMOLOYES to actually work and not go over there to play about people’s food

After waiting in the drive through for over fifteen minutes, I asked for a straw at the window, for the drink I ordered. They told me that the straw was in the bag and it wasn't. It's so frustrating when I have a ton of stuff to do, I just need something to eat and I can't get what I'm ordering and paid for. I know that it's hard right? A piece of chicken a french fry and a Dr pepper. Complicated. But maybe please either hire people with over a 5th grade competency level or make them do their job. Thanks.

This Popeyes locations is terrible.! They Gave me burnt biscuits, bad Mac and cheese that seems like it had been recycled Mac and cheese With warm food. I got this to feed my family and this isn’t nothing to even feed my family with.! I’m highly disappointed then when I called in the lady had an attitude as if she was eating it and was the one that purchased it.
