I’m willing to give this location one more try off the strength that it used to be my go to Popeyes. However, my last visit there was a longer than usual wait (there usually is a wait because they used to make it fresh, but this wait was unusually long). Turns out, staff burnt my chicken. Based on other reviews, they may have new management. Even if I come back, it will be a very very long time.

NEVER ORDER POPEYES!!Not the first time Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, 10331 S Kedzie Ave., Chicago got our whole order wrong.We ordered their new wings today for Super Bowl,6pc Honey Bbq Wings, 6pc Sweet 'n Spicy Wings, and 6pc Roasted Garlic Parmesan Wings all sauces on the side.What we got was ghost pepper wings with the sauces poured all over them.Obviously not what we ordered.Returned them and the guy behind the counter said all their wings are ghost pepper and the sauces added. What a crock.STUCK WITH FOOD WE CANNOT EAT.Heading over to Fry the Coop where you get what you ordered and the heat you want.

This location appears to be under new management/ownership. It used to be the only Popeyes I frequented, however, the food tasted horrible yesterday. It in no way tasted like the infamous Popeyes chicken recipe. The chicken wasn’t crispy and tasted extremely bland and the fries were soggy. The cashier didn’t want to/couldn’t even assist with the app, that was refusing my payment. If Popeyes offers an app for customers to use to get rewards/offers etc, how about you also TRAIN your employees how to use it!!!!WILL NO LONGER PURCHASE FROM THIS LOCATION.

Before this restaurant was good but I don't know if they changed the manager and now they are not paying attention to it and they no longer have Uber orders on time and they are not interested in having them. I have had to cancel them several times because they are not on time and they tell me to wait 3 minutes I wait like 10 and they are never there

I was ordering food on the app of buy 6 wings and get another 6 wings for one dollar and I was inside the restaurant and I asked the manager how to navigate on the app on my phone and he told me just order on your phone and he didn’t even try to look at the app on my phone to help me, the food was good but if you need any assistance for anything thing else don’t ask the manager because he is definitely not gonna help you.

Customer service was terrible from a non member of management Cam. Mr cam claims I was speaking to low instead of the gentleman asking if I could rise my tone he proceeds to tell me I should’ve said 12 pcs in the first place. Placing my food on the counter not telling me it was mine not asking me what sauce I want just throwing anything in the bag. I will not ever come where again and wouldn’t recommend it. I work in customer service no one makes you get this job if the this isn’t what the young man wants to do he should quit. You don’t treat customers rudely when they’re not rude to you. You have to give respect to receive it. I am calling corporate and this location will not receive another dime from me

This place is horrible. Ordered online at 6:38 because I know they always take forever. App said it would be ready by 6:53, so I showed up at 7:10 due to them always being slow. Walked in and waited almost 10 mins before even being acknowledged. The workers will literally walk back and forth looking at you and everyone else waiting and ignore you. It's mass chaos back there and there is no system in place. My online order had not been packed and it took 15 mins for someone to put together my order. And ended up forgetting 2 sandwiches. 15 mins to put 4 items in a bag. So all in all it took 45 mins to get an order that was placed in advance. The place is filthy, the workers are filthy, and they're lazy and incompetent at the simplest of tasks.
