Just left this location. Will NOT be back. Not sure what's going on but the chicken was trash. Did they change the recipe? Seasoning-none, the chicken didn't taste like Popeyes. I paid 30.00 for this trash. Won't get me again. And the biscuit was nasty too. Get it together

What can I say? Trademark products need to meet the standards. Especially when it comes to chicken ? , in an predominate ethnic neighborhood that thrives on quality deep frying of poultry. This location needs a check-up. I shouldn't be crunching on a biscuit, like it's a cheap cookie either!!!

The food I ordered from this Popeye's chicken was dry, cold, and possibly cooked in old oil. I was unaware of the issue until I returned to work. The chicken and biscuit was so hard I was unable to eat it. I called the restaurant to complain and was told to bring in my receipt for a replacement meal. Evidently they knew that there was a problem with the food. After work, I returned to the restaurant for my replacement meal and was told I was not entitled to it. I will never patronize this restaurant again. If you want horrible food and customer service, this is the place for you.
