I did DoorDash and the service lately is terrible. They say their system is down so they have to get the orders off the Dasher phone. That’s sucks because they’re not reading the orders correctly. I ordered nuggets twice and the 1St time they gave me chicken wings and the 2nd time they gave me chicken tenders. Refund me my money or have the Dasher call me to say y’all are out. Don’t just give me what you wanna give me. If you go inside no one acknowledges you to take your order.

The staff is unprofessional with ignoring customers, walking around talking on the phone, and drinking the specialty frozen and chilled drinks nonstop. The lady in the drive-through was completely rude, all because we'd place a $163 order.? To threaten a customer by stating I'm not taking any one order and the line can get held up for giving an establishment business. To say loudly, " You're annoyed, and who spends all that money on food here is wrong." We hosted a gathering at my home, and walking into this establishment should have led my business elsewhere. I can truly say that there are better places and I would not return to this one again.

I hate to make this about race, but if you go to a Popeyes in a lower income Black neighborhood, they are always out of something.You go to a Popeyes in Evergreen Park, Fullerton & Damen, even 33rd and Ashland, menu items are available at all times.This one also won’t take orders at the drive through intercom, only at the window. So the fast food isn’t fast.Poor experience, do not recommend

On a previous visit, I ordered both the Sweet N Spicy & the Roasted Garlic Parmesan wings. My order was missing the biscuit and beverage. I called and informed them of the missing items.On my return visit, the nice young lady made it right.
